This property never responded to any of my questions after I booked a month before my supposedly stay. On top of that, they cancelled my booking night before the booked date. Such an inconvenience.
Electric fan not working..
Draining in the bathroom is blocked and when we first enter the CR was wet all over the bin
There’s a rubbish in the bin in the kitchen .Aircon drop the cover
Our booking for 2 units was cancelled by the host on the day of our scheduled stay. Could nlt contact the owner and would not respond to calls or messages. It was a nightmare

Negative:
1) Greeted by several cockroaches upon our arrival (photos attached).
2) Door to the Balcony has tape on the lock to secure it.
3) shower head holder broken.
4) Extra towels not provided as stated on our multiple e-mail notifications.
Overpriced for the number of people we had stay base on the lack of modernization and services provide.

The location is ideal. Very accessible to shops.Area is also safe
They could probably improve on the facility. The bed had a broken joint support. Was just supported by a wooden box.

ung mga wall tires sa cr eh nagkanda laglagan at nasugatan ako. I immediately report it to the host but she is not responsive kahit online namn sya sa viber.
