Pros:

Unfortunately I can not answer what I liked about this hotel. The front desk clerk was extremely rude as soon as I entered the hotel. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. Just might be my experience, but I didn't enjoy it.

Cons:

Rude front desk clerk. Needs customer service training.

It was very clean. Staff was very nice. Everything was great and stuff. There is not a pool or hot tub.

All the south very friendly very nice very accommodation to whatever we need

Cons:

There’s no flaws against the property or anything. The only thing that I wished that y’all would have would be like a little small swimming pool or hot tub or something for some business to get in once they stay for one night or something.

We had 2 night stay. Area was decent. But supplies were out. Breakfast was out by 7 am and they took forever to fill it.
Cons:

Things were out. No shower soap, no enough towels. Bathroom clogged.

Great staff, full kitchen, new hotel, Great breakfast
Pros:

Staff is amazing, new hotel they take pride in keeping it great! Very good breakfast everyday. Appetizers, drinks monday-wednesday. Full kitchen.

Overall the stay was good besides the water pressure in the shower.
Pros:

The water pressure in my shower was poor. It barely flowed.

Pros:

It was close to ECU. The room was very nice

Cons:

The only issue I had was a problematic TV when I checked in, but I did get it fixed. Also, the toilet had a bad strange smell coming from it the morning after I checked in. There was also a green substance on my bedsheets

Will stay every time we visit our daughter at ECU
Pros:

Super impressed with entire experience and hotel itself

Cons:

Terrible water pressure and shower arm for shower head is too short which made washing hair nearly impossible with that and the low pressure. My guess is the plumber didn’t remove the pressure reducer on the valve in these bathrooms
