房间非常干净耐看，整体白白的设计让人感觉舒服温馨。前台是华人，服务非常友善贴心，沟通完全没有问题。最惊喜的是晚上还提供免费的粥，可以暖胃又很有人情味。地点也很方便，走路就可以到 TRX。整体入住体验非常满意，下次还会再来！The room is very clean and beautifully designed in white, giving a cozy and pleasant feeling. The front desk staff are Chinese and extremely friendly, making communication easy. The best surprise is the free porridge at night — so warm and thoughtful! The location is also excellent, just a short walk to TRX. Overall, a very satisfying stay, and I’d definitely come back again!
The speed of staff responding to a problem.
I stayed at room809, worst room ever,hair dryer problem,hair liquid is not filled, it's empty, aircond worst thing,after shopping late, hoping to have a good sleep back hotel, on the aircond but whole room hot like sauna In the middle of night 3 am. aircond is just normal air blowing not even cold,might as well I get a fan, I sweat whole body. After that I called reception,a guy immediately change room for me, good service.requested late check out on1 approved by night shift lady when I checked in, but the next day morning shift staff doesn't know about that,shut off all electric on 12. Having a hard time during night, and hoping sleep longer, but encounter this again. Quite angry.
Suggest maintain and check your aircond.Your coolant is low.

Washroom was not clear only 1 rm brush with small tiny gum taste was worse or there was nothing on washroom. Very disappointed
It was a quick stay and was able to go out to tour the city.

Location is good where it is situated near ICC pudu for your daily breakfast/brunch options. Grab can be booked easily as well. However there are no convenience stall near by (they did have a mini mart in the hotel but with very basic items (all is chargeable)
Firstly the room was full of dust, from the point of the aircon remote, to the aircon itself. The tiles on the floor have gaps inbetween them, and it is filled with dust. No slippers and handwash was provided (only one bottle of half filled soap) hence I will need to purchase it on my own. During night there, there is no master switch for all the lights in the room by bedside, so you will need to manually switch off (two at the corners of the bed, one beside the TV, and one near the door) which makes it very inconvenient.
Chain for the door look was missing, and when i checked into the room, the windows are open (which evaluated that the room had just been cleaned). There are used tissues around the space which contribute to the overall dirtiness of the place. again signalling that the staff have not thoroughly clean the room
