The hospitality by the staff was good!

Cons:

There were so many cockroaches in the room. The bedcovers and blankets weren’t very clean. The air conditioner kept going off and on!

Needs improvement in the hotel but the staff were too good !!
Pros:

Location was good, it's a 2 min walk nearby temple and main road, staff were very good. Rooms were neat and clean, bed and blanket was clean.

Cons:

Lift was not working, door lock was not proper, washroom washbasin was not proper, telephone was not working, ac remote was not working properly, basically something needed to improve, except staff, they were supportive and good person.
