The location was amazing and central to everything.
Great location, spacious rooms, bathtub
The location is quite strategic, near the metro and shops/supermarket.
The staff could speak more English. Ramada seems to be more ready for local people than foreigners. Their hotel information needs updating, some services mentioned are not really available.
The location near Optic Valley Plaza is nice. The Subway and good business centers are very close.
The carpet of my room was very old and dirty. There was no spa and no Japanese restaurant on the second floor, as it was said in the hotels publications.
