The host did provide necessary information to allow us to check in at 3.30am due to flight problems.
Being able to leave early.
Host was advised the next day that the hot water was not working. After 7 days of cold showers, I had enough and checked out early. The only time we were contacted was 90 minutes after I had advised her that we were leaving immediately and not waiting for our scheduled checkout date.
The false advertising about the 5-star Luxury Residence. I would only give Room 225 a 1-star rating, only because you can't go any lower, and if this was somebody's idea of a luxury residence then I would hate to see what they would rate and call a similarly priced hotel room.
The cupboard in which to hang your clothes was full of mattresses etc for the fold down lounge (2nd bed) would have been good for hanging dolls clothes in.
No toilet paper provided, as was advertised.
No shower curtain so everything got wet in the bathroom when you had a shower.
Cooking utensils consisted of 1 saucepan, and I think a Rice Cooker. There was no frying pan.
The sliding door to close off the bedroom would only slide if you applied a lot of muscle to it and we could not get the door to fully open in the time we were there.
The mattress allowed you to feel every spring that was in it. It was not a suitable mattress for adults to sleep on.
The lounge was dirty and was not suitable for adults to sit on because all you could really feel was the timber frame.
I wasn't prepared to sit on the chairs because I was worried that the legs would break and I would injure myself and probably get charged for breaking a totally inappropriate chair.
The passageway to the room was dangerous. Unfortunately, the room was on the same level as the pool and people were walking straight from the pool to their rooms and dripping water all over the floor which makes it dangerous with the polished tiles. There should be a mat, similar to those used outside to provide a safe surface to walk on. Especially if you are using a walking stick or crutches as I was required to do.
It was really different from what it was advertised! It’s actually a different room they gave us. I told Cindy, the host about it but didn’t get any response! I even sent her the description of the room when we booked it but no response! It says its a luxury suite with pool access and it says free toiletries but there’s NONE! The reason why i booked it because it says it has a washer inside but same thing NOTHING! There’s NO WATER HEATER, NO WASHER, NO TOILETRIES! I thought it’s a luxury suite we booked but it was the opposite! Good thing we were busy with our itinerary activities so we barely stayed in the room. We can’t even cook, the pots, pans and the rice cooker were disgusting… they were very old and rusty! I will never book with them again!
Close to airport
Need a ticket for the pool? Never heard of that. Not easy to get either. Bad lighting in room.
Convenient location, nice property, however, there were a lot of roaches and bugs.

Cindy was very quick and professional in answering all my queries. The room is modern and clean with all the things ready like shampoo and toothbrushes when we arrive. There are food shops downstairs to eat and also a convenient shop. Very close to MOA and the airport.
Would be nice to have a welcome drink like a bottle of water.
