Its was okay, needs the unit definitely needs love and improvement.

Convenient location, the area aesthetically looks good.

Cons:

You will not be able to open the windows on the daytime. The room looks to be beside a sewer or septic tank of the bldg. Smells bad. Room ceiling is a bit moldy, that includes the utensils left for guests to use. The units needs a little care.

My daughter went swimming and ranted about the common pool being dirty. What can you ask for on this price point?

Cons:

I was expecting that the location was just along the main road but, it was better because it was in a quiet place. Just a 3 to 5 minute drive and your in the main road.

Our room was clean and decent but the smell is horrible. Not a good location!

The room was clean. No doubt

Cons:

The smell in the bathroom was so bad, it would linger around the living room. I even cleaned it myself but the smell of sewage and piss never went away. There was only hot shower on our first day but not hot water on the following days we stayed. The description says it was in good location. Yes if you have a car but if you don’t, it’s super far from all the tourist spots. We had to take the trike to get to the main road. If we’re lucky, there is at least one trike available for hire but if not lucky, then we’ll have to walk far to get to the main road to catch a trike.

Pros:

Very accomodating and friendly po ng owner they make sure we are assisted properly. The condo staff are friendly too kahit they abide by the regulatations they make sure na polite sla mag explain.

Cons:

Nothing. Sgro dgl loobin lng po ung location but still good for us.
