Pros:

The unit owner was very accomodating and easily available. He was very patient when assisting us trying to key in the code.

We love the pool view from the 4th floor verandah. It was exactly the same as the photo in the ads

The swimming pool is nice.

Cons:

The location is a bit away from the main street. Though the place was quiet.

Candid feedback
Pros:

It truly felt like home, and the space was comfortable enough for five people. The air conditioners were working well, and the balcony offered a refreshing breath of fresh air. They also provide TV, Wi-Fi and a heater. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cookware, perfect if you enjoy cooking. We also appreciated the convenience of their self check-in and check-out process. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Cons:

For the refrigerator, only the freezer seems to be cooling properly for some reason. My parents were concerned about the leftover food from our lunch out, but they managed by storing it in the freezer instead.

The unit doesn’t have a mirror in the living room or in the bedrooms. There is one in the bathroom, but it’s quite small. I think it would be better if there were at least one full-body mirror in the living room.

Also, the road leading to the property is very dark, especially at night, since there are no streetlights. When we were driving home from Crosswinds at night, we actually missed the street going into the property. It would be great if streetlights could be installed.

Pros:

The place was accessible enough.

Cons:

It's crowded for more than 4 people. It isn't really cozy as the name suggests. There's also a very unpleasant smell when you walk by the pool. The bathroom in the condo is slippery. The photos made it appear the place was spacious and comfortable.

Pros:

The Place is Spotless Clean.. Spacious and We'll equipt. Truly your home far away home.

Cons:

Pool water lots of dried Pine leaves.. It's located innermost of Tagaytay which Taal Volcano can not be seen.. But if you are looking for Serene place.. It's Highly recommended

Great stay for a few days
Pros:

It was quite near the city centre, where the go-to spots are.

Cons:

Some facilities are not really available. Sometimes it takes a while to get a ride from the condo to where you want to go.

Aside from the cleanliness issue, the self check-in too was troublesome because the door lock passcode wasn’t working.
Pros:

The pool is engaging though it still required separate payment.

Cons:

The bathroom has unpleasant smell. The toilet /bath has no curtains to avoid shower sprinkles. The toilet bowl is inconveniently wet after showering.

PLEASANT STAYCATION affordable price
Pros:

I like how it was stepping into a beautiful village in the mountain because the area is surrounded by pine trees 🎄 the place is clean as well as the surrounding areas. Guards are very polite and accommodating. It is self checking in and out, the host was very responsive to inquiries and assisted us throughout the booking. Thanks 👍👍

Cons:

I can't open the balcony area, the screw of the sliding door is loosed and we're afraid to open it because it might break. Sad i wasn't able to utilise it for a coffee time in the evening
