-The doorknob was a bit difficult to lock
-There were no hangers or hooks for towels
-Only one tissue roll was provided for three people staying for two nights

Pros:

I liked the quiteness of the condo but if u do not have a car you are totaly stuck on site after 5 30pm tv hard to work but lovely room an was very clean an fresh

Very disappointed because the Security Guard they didn't let us in even we have Booking Number and all details are booking they demand Authorization letter from owner of accommodation! We called the mobile number on booking information but he doesn't help organise from reception to come outside the appointment we travelling from Manila to tagaytay long drive We don't have room to stay with seniors on board we need to apply fully refund and damaged for all cost that day!

Nothing at all that Apartment out of no where down the hills with rap road !
Very scary place I feel someone scamme what happened 14 January 2026 when we arrived that place. Not recommendations to anyone!

Not worth the money paid for the property!
Pros:

Room is quite big for four of us. But there was a small live cockroach under the dining table. 😩
No paper towels for kitchen’s use; only one toilet paper provided for 4pax! Room was not ready yet @1:45 when I stated that we will arrive 12-1pm.
Property is too far from Tagaytay center

Cons:

No paper towels nor facial tissues
Provided only one toilet paper for 4pax
Should have provided at least 2 bottles of water, instant coffee or tea bags
Live cockroach in the kitchen
Property too far from the city’s center

we had to find other airbnb there, good thing theres a lot of options better than this one, not rec.
Pros:

PLACE THE STUDIO WAS SO TIGHT FOR 4 PAX, LIKE IT IS JUST FOR 2PAX not recommended and also we’re placed on the bottom floor which has no VIEW ON THE VERANDA
