Pros:

The facility itself was fime
The location was excellent

Cons:

There was no parking spot. In front of the facility, I parked and got ticket from the LA ounty of $65.00.

Pros:

I liked the cleanliness of the house and the size that could accommodate several people. The location was also good as it was not too far from the city center.

Cons:

Before making the reservation, I was made sure that I could park for free in the hotel parking lot, so I made the reservation, but when I actually arrived, I had to park on the street. So I called to CS. But, it was really difficult to get in touch with the staff, and finally after an hour and a half,I could be able to get in touch with them. But the staff kept saying, like a parrot, that I had to pay to use the public parking lot or park on the street. So I told them that the website said that there are free parking available .However,the staff just kept repeating the same thing. So I asked them if we can park the car in front of the hotel and the staff answered that I can park in front of the hotel, but they couldn't be held responsible if I got towed. So my family and I had to drive around downtown LA for a long time at 9pm to park, and then walk a long way to the hotel after parking. This happened for 3 days. It was a disappointing first visit to LA bc of this issue. If I come back, I don't think I'll book here again unless the parking issue is resolved.

Never stay here again, no parking, NOT CLEAN
Pros:

Very spacious but not clean. Hair everywhere , no fitted sheet in bed only one roll of toilet paper and no hand soap . Towels weren’t provided for the amount of people reserved. No parking. Area is sketch but plenty of places to eat- in Koreatown.

Pros:

Great stay, well equipped apartment with lots of light in all rooms. Two separate bathrooms were great for us. The Host always very responsive, made early check in possible and was very flexible in general. Nice cafes in the area as well, loved the stay.

Cons:

If anything, then that it was not always easy to find parking at night.

It’s a good choice for someone who want cheap price and really didn’t seek for extreme clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location, very convenient to everything.
Cheap and affordable price.

Cons:

The A/C is broken, and repair people never show up after we communicate with the property holder.
The towels and bathtub are dirty.
One of the blinds in living room can’t be pulled down.
There’s no laundry detergent or any extra toilet paper. We stay for 8 nights and have to buy new toilet paper and laundry detergent by ourselves.
Difficult to find a parking space. We spend average of 5 mins to find parking space and have to walk for blocks during the night to get back to the apartment.
