Will definitely book again.
Pros:

The whole facility, securities and, of course the owner/agent.

Cons:

Just the wardrobe door, it is hard to open, I think the slider is broken.

Not coming back.
Pros:

Very disorganised. The address they gave me is a mall entrance. No address given to me. They don't give an address , I thought they would meet us there but the address is on SM annex which is a mall entrance!
Checking in: I don't know where to go. I got dropped off at tower 5 just in case it is in one of these towers and started asking around, I was panicking because this is my first time to book at grass and I don't know what the process is. I got help from tower 5 reception and it was very helpful, she helps me contact the host, no answer. I tried calling the host, sms them, sending the messages to the host thru booking .com app. NO ANSWERS AND NO REPLY . Until an hour or so, she finally answered. We then moved to Tower 4 which is just next door. Waited for her sister-in-law to come and take us to the room. The room we were supposed to be in was already taken so we had to move down to a different condo unit with all our luggage lucky there's a trolley to put your luggages. Upon checking the room. I checked everything, there's no washing machine. On their website there's washing machines and closets but there's none. I was disappointed there's no washing machine, I specifically booked her unit because it says with the washing machine. We are tired and exhausted from the flight so I let it slide, I can wash it on my next condo booking. Come to utensils pots and pans. They are dirty and very burned, not clean. I can't even cook any simple breakfast bec it has burned stuff still on. Bed sheets are too small, it keeps rolling up. Not a pleasant stay.

Nice unit that was rundown and not cleaned thoroughly
Pros:

Decent location and building. Comfy bed with ok pillows and bedding, desk and comfy chair for work, nice tv and fridge works. Quiet hallway. AC works well.

Cons:

Was not properly cleaned or maintained. I chose the unit because booking.com showed a picture of a washing machine which does not exist. Rotting food had been left in the microwave and there were some cockroaches and many very tiny ants coming in from the balcony. I couldn't get hot water but didn't wait very long for it. The balcony door doesn't close completely and there was no toilet seat, no toiletries, pots and pans are heavily used and are quite disgusting so I was unable to cook. I heated up something and found that the ventilation Hood does not really work, seems clogged.. The unit (t4 3128) is nicely set up and equipped but has not been maintained and was not cleaned properly. I reported some issues to the "host" but I don't think this person understood English. There was no clear communication on checking in or checking out but the process was pretty standard. I suspect these are owned by offshore investors who use very cheap local labor with a low level of oversight and professionalism.

Pros:

the host is very accomodating and flexible for special requests, clean and quite, easy access

Cons:

just no electric kettle and sauce pan, if not it is already perfect
