Upeat näkymät,kaunis kartanomiljöö
Pros:

Kaunis paikka ylhäällä vuorilla, näköala oli upea. Luccaan oli lyhyt matka, ja saimme hyvät pysköintiohjeet. Erittäin mukava ja lämmin vastaanotto. Kartanorakennus oli myös hieno ja uimaallas-alue samoin.

Beautiful views of Tuscany and a mostly relaxing stay.
Pros:

Beautiful grounds with extensive views. Comfortable beds. The pool was a nice place to spend time. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Cons:

There could have been a little more attention to some loud guests at night and people using the pool facility disrespectfully during the day (think men with wine and glass in the actual pool pumping their Britney Spears music, swimming in their actual see through white underwear ;-) ). I think there might have been a large group of men staying there for a party who could have been more respectful. Not the fault of the facility, however a little supervision at times might have prevented this.

Personale molto attento e disponibile.
Location molto suggestiva e affascinante.
Sono raggiungibili a piedi anche 2 osterie dove ci mangia davvero bene con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La reception saprà darvi informazioni dettagliate al riguardo.

Cons:

È necessario disporre di un'auto propria per raggiungere la struttura perchè non vi sono mezzi pubblici li vicino.

Pros:

Wir hatten als sechsköpfige Familie sogar ein größeres Appartement bekommen, als wir gebucht hatten. Es war ein traumhafter Blick aus dem Fenster auf Lucca, den Sonnenaufgang, Sonnenuntergang vom Gelände herrlich.
Der Empfang war super nett, wir haben schöne Ausflüge empfohlen bekommen und unternehmen können und den Familienurlaub sehr genossen.
Vielen Dank für alles.

Horrible arrival. Weather cane to room while eating.

Some kind of pink did not want to leave us unless caution in leaving.

Violent for guy wanted to sit me to leave with property - but property was already a refund

Cons:

The darkest people of the Hell work here. Especially in Staf. Like reading on other comments, also with us a brutal guy was taking on gloves to start an aggression for being paid hith fraudulent sums. Extortion.

We would be happy for a complete refund and and a delistinga if this. Place to keep your good Company name.

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr besonders und außergewöhnlich. Wir haben von der Wohnung mit eigener Terrasse mit Tal- und Poolblick profitiert. 2 Schlafzimmer ( mit eigenem Bad jeweils ) haben für uns ausgereicht.
Trotz teilweise sehr schlechtem Wetter hatten wir eine gute Urlaubswoche. Das Personal hat uns gute Tipps gegeben.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Tafelgeschirr wäre sinnvoll gewesen. Dann braucht die Spülmaschine nicht zu oft zu laufen.

tolle Lage, aber zum Teil schon in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Angeblich hat man uns ein Upgrade gegeben. Wir waren zu 2, haben aber ein Mittelhaus erhalten über 3 Etagen. Aber ohne Balkon oder Terrasse. Ein Tausch angeblich nicht möglich.
Frühstück wird geliefert. Inhalt der Tüte sehr überschaubar.
Es wurden 2 TShirts liegengelassen von uns. Das Verschicken nach Deutschland ist bis heute nicht erfolgt, obwohl der Urlaub schon fast 4 Wochen vorüber ist.
Parkplatz liegt ausserhalb des Geländes.

Piękna panorama na Lukkę z basenu. Obiekt bardzo czysty, komfortowy. Idealny również na dłuższy rodzinny pobyt ze względu na bardzo komfortowe przestronne apartamenty. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (piekarnik, zmywarka, pralka ) na zewnątrz grill
