Pros:

Nous y sommes allés pour la proximité avec l aéroport

Cons:

Vétuste, des chiens ont uriné partout du rez de chaussée à notre étage en passant par l’ascenseur. La porte fenêtre de la terrasse de fermait plus. Lit inconfortable.

Great location and affordability for access to the Marina
Pros:

Host gave excellent instructions and videos on how to get to the apartment, thank you! 5 stars on the communication! Apartment had everything you need for a stay. Nice kitchenette and very clean. Bed was comfortable and a nice hot shower. Was only a quick stay so didn’t use any of the facilities in the complex.

Cons:

The unit block has an odour, the host has kindly tried to offset it in the apartment by deodorising with smelly stuff however I am highly sensitive to.
Only a sheet provided on the bed, I got very cold in the middle of the night, found something in the cupboard as an extra layer, not sure if it was a light blanket?!

The apartment is near airport.

Cons:

We booked for 4 person, the bed was made only for two.
The apartment is near airport, so you can hear every take off and landing of the plane.
Other people in the building were very loud.

Pros:

1. Air conditioning is available and it works great
2. Fairly recently renovated and everything is pretty much new, which is nice
3. Apartment was really clean and smelled nice
4. The owner is really great. He helped us get a parking place on-site pretty much without hassle, which was really useful. Seamless checkin, responsive, responsible.
5. It’s a small flat but worked really well for us, as we needed to stay just for a night.
6. Bed is comfortable
7. Couple of supermarkets in the area
8. A lot of parking places on the Main Street. I’m not sure how is it in summer but October-November was ok
9. Kitchen was also equipped, as well as dish soap, sponges and such were available
10. There’s swimming pool on-site. We didn’t try it so I cannot comment on it

Cons:

1. There’s no view really, if that’s what you care about
2. The area can be a bit load. It is kinda residential area though
