Lovely place and people
Pros:

We had a lovely stay here - Tony was excellent! He helped us out organising day tours and transfers for us! He was always available and so helpful and kind!
The hotel room was simple but very comfortable and at a convenient location.

Pros:

Emplacement parfait, centre de la ville, tout se fait à pied. Les plages sont à 20min.
Tony vous accueillera et vous aidera à organiser votre séjour à Cat Ba.
Lit très confortable, douche chaude avec un bon débit.

Cons:

La ville entière est en travaux, alors quelques nuisances le matin à partir de 7h/8h, mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, soyez indulgents.

Pros:

Nous avons été accueilli par Tony, qui nous a organisé notre journée dans le parc national et la baie, une très belle randonnée dans un petit groupe, nous étions 3.
L'hôtel, à taille humaine est bien situé et la chambre est d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le petit déjeuner est correct et les adresses fournies par Tony pour se sustenter sont excellentes. Un grand merci à Tony pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Ideal si se va a hacer excursión en barco
Pros:

Bien ubicado muy cerca de la zona donde salen las excursiones en barco. La habitación estaba bien aunque no era muy grande (la cama era cómoda) y el baño bastante amplio; el personal muy amable, me ayudó en todo lo que necesité.

Pros:

Hotel ligt een beetje achter af. Wel door een steegje snel op de boulevard. Zonde dat ze de baai hebben dicht gegooid en een soort moderne Dubai achtige nieuwbouw aan het neerzetten zijn. (Of je moet daar van houden)ontbijt alleen Vietnamees. Wel een droge boterham maar niks om te beleggen.

Cons:

Ontbijt. Kamer zijn verouderd en badkamer is ook aan vervanging toe.

Friendly staff, Comfortable and everything you need, good price and good location. Nice and quiet to sleep.

5am got woken up by noisy guests. Not the hotels fault but I didn't sleep much because of this.

Great hotel and great manager
Pros:

Tony, then manager, was incredible. My partner came down with good poisoning whilst staying at the hotel and he couldn’t have been any more attentive, he even went to the pharmacy for us to get some medication. Thank you so much Tony! The room was also lovely and location was fab.

Relaxing stay with Tony.
Pros:

Helpful staff, nice breakfast, clean nd comfy rooms at a good price. Close to town restaurants and beaches but on a quieter side street

Cons:

Would have loved breakfast pho but it wasn't. Hardship to eat the delicious crispy banana crepes

Amazing stay
Pros:

We had a perfect stay in cat ba at Green Pearl hotel. Tony was super helpful even before we checked in, arranging a boat trip on one day, bike on another, and our trip back to Hanoi. The rooms were just like the picture, super comfortable - and so cheap too! I would 100% recommend staying here on your cat ba trip!

Nice and friendly hotel in Cat Ba city
Pros:

Tony was a very nice and helpful host. The room was really nice and the location of the hotel is very good if you don’t want to stay at the busy waterfront (lots of construction is going on there) of Cat Ba City. The breakfast was simple but really delicious and friendly.
