Overall really good, very unique place. Would recommend investing in some small upgrades.
Pros:

Is well maintained and a great rate

Cons:

There was lack of amenities included, for example the outlet in the bathroom didn’t really work and moving out into the main room was awkward as there wasn’t really anywhere to set up a curling iron or blow dryer.

Nous y retournerions volontiers. C’était un endroit charmant et rustique.
Pros:

Nous n’avons pas mangé de déjeuners mais nous avons mangé le souper au restaurant chez Sam qui est attaché à l’hôtel. Le repas était vraiment délicieux.

Cons:

La porte de chambre était difficile à ouvrir et fermer mais c’était un détail mineur.

We had a great time, if we come back to Drumheller we will book the same hotel
Pros:

We had supper at Sam’s restaurant and it was amazing food. We like how rustic the place looks.

Cons:

The door of our bedroom was a bit sticky and hard to close and open.

I will NEVER use Booking.com again. They ignored my emails after the booking was made.
Pros:

It had A/C - that's the only thing I liked.

Cons:

Everything. It should be torn down and rebuilt. It is old, dated, run down, with non existent customer service.

Pros:

Basic room, clean, bed comfortable. Would probably rate it similar to what others have said, but it's not the worst place I've ever stayed in. Handy to the Hoodoos etc and the Tyrrell Dinosaur Museum.

Good value. Worked for us seeing the Passion Play.
Pros:

We had dinner at Sam’s and the food was very good.

Cons:

Water was brown until it ran for a bit. Likely water from a well.
