Family stay with 2 young kids
Pros:

Very nice stay for 2 adults and 2 young kids under 4 , half board (breakfast and dinner). Great breakfast, Dinner was amazing and its so comfortable to have it all in the hotel with young kids. Heated swimming pool was amazing with the kids as well. Temperature in the Hotel and room is very warm (almost too warm sometimes). Washing machine and dryer available for families, in a small kitchen with pans and pots to cook for babies or reheat milk bottle.

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault but the teenagers staying at the hotel would use the space dedicated to babies , stepping on the mats with their shoes.

Non bisogna essere pretenziosi perché la location è un po’ datata ma molto comoda e funzionale.

la colazione buona (anche se con poca varietà, 5 giorni, sempre TUTTO UGUALE, nessuna variazione), la posizione ottima, la camera di dimensioni perfette)

Cons:

pieno di bambini, sembrava una colonia. sapevamo che era un family hotel, ma c'erano come noi anche coppie senza figli, in vacanza, che cercavano tranquillità. la sala dove si mangiava, rumorosa, impraticabile, non riusciva nemmeno a parlare. la cosa peggiore? il trattamento di favore plateale riservato "ai capi" che erano in vacanza con le loro famiglie e che ricevevano pasti diversi (dolci alla vista più particolari ad esempio) e servizi (caffè al tavolo, selezione di cibi del buffet), affianco ai clienti paganti, a cui non era riservato lo stesso trattamento. di cattivo gusto, anche perchè lo abbiamo notato chiedendoci il perchè, poi, cercando in internet abbiamo capito che erano i soci fondatori. ma: 1. potevamo non saperlo 2. fare questo davanti ai clienti ci sembra davvero poco rispettoso. la piscina interna : inguardabile. prato finto stile "casa del grande fratello" e bambini che si tuffavano e gridavano: tutt'altro che rilassante dopo una giornata sulla neve. l'animazione faceva intrattenimento da oratorio estivo

Posizione, staff, colazione, cena, camera. Ci siamo sentiti proprio coccolati. Ottima anche la ski room!! Torneremo sicuramente!!!
