A memorable stay
Pros:

A historical colonial mansion fully restored to its original beauty and located off the beaten path. The anytime breakfast, flexible check in and check out times and the well appointed suite, everything was elegant and comfortable. And the service! We were received with the friendliest staff who attended to our every need with a personal touch. We felt so well taken care of. Thank you!

A truly beautiful, stately property — the original features and historic character make it feel very special
Such a wonderful historical place to stay; it feels rare and full of charm
Hotel Manager, Pander, was exceptional — so welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay
The staff were outstanding, especially Hari, the waiter — attentive, energetic, and always making sure we were happy
Gorgeous gardens, constantly and lovingly maintained
A very lovely, relaxing pool area
Spacious, comfortable rooms, beautifully appointed
Thoughtful touches in the rooms, with lovely snacks and a great selection of teas

Perfect getaway
Pros:

The hotel manager and the staff were friendly and accomodated all our requests. Actually going besond our requests: every day a new small present in the room, a friendly smile from all staff.

Cons:

The restaurant portions were rather small, especially compared to prices.

A lovely property in a peaceful location with excellent service and good food cooked to order.
Pros:

This is a gem of a hotel comprising just 6 rooms each with their own individual character set within a lovely period property and each with period furnishings. The estate is not over large but is set in beautifully natural surroundings rich with wildlife and very peaceful. Service is immaculate with fully flexible check in and out times. Breakfast and other meals are freshly cooked to order at any time served to your private room or in the main dining room as you prefer. Special mentions to Vishal and Hari but especially to Mr Pandu responsible for the overall faultless running of this charming hotel. We hope to stay again on our next visit to Goa.

Cons:

A shuttle service to the beach and town would be helpful.
More sun beds are needed around the pool.

Food is not good and very expensive given the small portions. The tastes were not good. Also the bicycles and pool table were in terrible condition.

Relaxing Days
Pros:

The premise was wonderful, an estate with a handful of suits, two chapels, a dining room and a lovely pool. It's very private, very quiet. The staff is attentive, polite and very helpful. We had some requests for a tour of old Goa, as well as a transfer to the airport. This was arranged promptly for us by the manager, everything worked smoothly.
The food is excellent, you can select your individual meal times.

Cons:

We have absolutely no criticism about the hotel at all. One has to simply be aware that one does need transportation to go anywhere. It is possible to walk to the beautiful beach, which takes approx. 35-40 minutes. We did not see any signs to the beach, but asked directions in the street. (Some local people told us that previous shortcut paths had been closed off by property owners, who got tired of visitors passing through).

perfect 3-day stay, we bicycled to beautiful quiet beaches and returned to peaceful beauty of hotel.

A unique choice for South Goa…..
Pros:

The property and atmosphere were incredible. If you want to get away from it all and have an intimate personal Goan experience, this is the place!

Cons:

Just minor things. The coffee wasn’t very good. Also, the hotel arranged 2 taxi transfers. The 2nd one was VERY expensive for a trip to another hotel.

Birthday Getaway

This is our third visit to the Postcard Cuelim property, my wife and I have always enjoyed our stays here. We love the warmth and hospitality from the time we're welcomed till we checkout. Kudos to the chef for all the delectable meals that we thoroughly relished, and a special thank you for baking me a fantastic cake for my birthday. Shout out to Sahaj Arora, the manager and his team, they did a fabulous job in ensuring that we were comfortable. Would like to add that this property is surrounded by forest cover, water bodies and paddy fields, making it home to a number of bird species. We had a blast doing some backyard birding and spotted the rare (near extinct) Grey-headed Bulbul this time, it was a lifer for us!
