I’d stay again but request a different room.
Pros:

Loved the decor in the room and the tall ceilings, felt spacious although small which is expected for SF. Check in was easy, coming and going was easy. Great food, coffee with a few block radius. The neighborhood felt safe enough.

Cons:

The room smelled musty and like urine.

Pros:

Sufficient amenities for quick stay in SF

Cons:

The room smelled very badly of old dirty carpet. The window cannot be opened to get fresh air. The smell was so bad that I could not sleep all night.

Bra, fräscht och bekvämt hotel. Inget bagagerum eller möjlighet att checka ut senare.
Pros:

Det var rent och fräscht. Bra säng. Fint allrum. Bra läge.

Cons:

Det var svårt att få svar på fråga om senare checkout eftersom det inte fanns personal på boendet. Jag fick inte svar när jag kontaktade via booking. Det var heller inte möjligt att få senare check-out eller att lämna bagage i någon timme efter check-out tiden så det krånglade till det för mig. Saknade även skedar i allrummet.

Pros:

The room itself was a bit small, but comfortable. For a night or a couple of nights, think it works great, but if I was staying a full week, for example, I'd probably prefer something bigger.

Cons:

The shower on the detached bathroom was pretty bad. It was not even a shower, more of a slow drip of water.

Pros:

Biren the manager and the staff were amazing. He was so easy to get a hold of and answer any questions I had. Common areas and rooms were clean and spacious. Would stay here again!

Cons:

The self check in experience was one of the most low quality, shady experiences I’ve ever had. Software not working someone remote logging in from other countries asking to scan your id in an unprotected machine. Loud could barely communicate. If this was 50$ hostel I’d let it pass but this is basically a scan

Pros:

It took approximately 40 minutes to check in using their virtual service. Even before checking in we had to call the number listed by the property several times before being let in the door. The service they use for check-in is very insecure as well, with the agent leaving the screen unattended with key codes to every room in the hotel. Would not recommend this experience; we were left frustrated.

It was pretty good.
Pros:

The people we met were friendly. We arrived 2 hours early and were allowed to sit in the waiting area until check in time. Free coffee and water cups provided. The kiosk check in was a little confusing because it was hard to hear the clerk. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were inside the whole time as I was prepping for a medical procedure at UCSF in the morning. The place was about 10 away and that made us grateful. Finding a place to park was a real challenge. The area was a bit sketchy. The pizzeria across the street was yummy. My husband is a bit disabled and we were in a room on the third floor with no elevator. The stairs were hard for him. We had an okay time there.
