Klasse Hotel in Otjiwarongo
Pros:

Man merkt sofort bei Ankunft, dass das Hotel sehr gut geführt ist, auch der Chef des Hauses sucht den Kontakt zu seinen Gästen. Das fanden wir sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, ein Garten bzw. Swimmingpool ist direkt vor der Tür und man hat eine schöne idyllische und ruhige Sitzgelegenheit draußen. Wir sind 2 Nächte dort gewesen, waren am Waterberg gewesen, eine Stunde Fahrt ist es dorthin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr kompetent. Das Abendessen ist ein Buffet, man kann aber auch a la carte bestellen. Frühstück und Abendessen haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ein sehr gutes Hotel. Beindruckende Eingangshalle, fast wie in einem Grand Hotel. Man kann von dort aus morgens gut zum Flughafen fahren, man muss nicht in Windhoek übernachten. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Beautiful accommodation
Pros:

This was our second stay at Out of Africa Lodge, and once again it exceeded our expectations. The lodge has a wonderful atmosphere, with spacious and comfortable rooms set within a beautifully maintained garden. The pool area is perfect for relaxing after a day on the road, and the breakfast was excellent. Its location makes it an ideal stopover between Windhoek and Etosha National Park.

Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr guter Preis bei guter Qualität. Die Unterkunft liegt am Stadtrand von Otjiwarongo in einer relativ ruhigen Gegend. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch nicht aufdringlich.

Cons:

Abendbueffet ist gut aber nicht sehr gut (keine Suppe, kein wirklicher Nachtisch). Außerdem gibt es an manchen Abenden Bueffet und an manchen a la carte. Die Gerichte auf der Karte klangen sehr gut, aber waren Bueffetbedingt nicht bestellbar.

Für ein paar Stunden ging in Otjiwarongo das fließendene Wasser nicht, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.
