Das Personal war sehr nett und die Lodge ist sehr schön gestaltet.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig.
Wir hatten viele Ameisen im Zimmer, welche nach unserer Beschwerde zwar anscheinend mit Gift getötet wurden aber trotzdem lagen dann noch viele im Zimmer.
Der Duschkopf wat undicht und die Befestigung kaputt. Auch die Toilette war kaputt, sodass diese durchgehend Wasser verloren hat, somit hatte man durchgehend eine große Pfütze im Bad.
Die Nachttischlampen hatten einen Wackelkontakt und neben dem Bett gab es keine Steckdosen.
Das Essen Abends hat uns nicht geschmeckt.
Der Poolwasser sah sehr dreckig aus.

Lodge in sehr schöner Anlage
Pros:

Preis- Leistung top. Essen laut Speisekarte sehr lecker. Personal Restaurant sehr freundlich. Sehr netter Hotelmanager, der uns Empfehlungen für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben hat.

Cons:

Sind zu früh angekommen und wurden durch die ältere Empfangsdame sehr pampig empfangen. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir viel zu früh sind und wir erst um 14 Uhr in die Lodge dürfen. Wir reisen viel, dass ist uns bis jetzt noch nie passiert. Beim 1. Frühstück war das Omelett inclusive. Am 2. Tag sollten wir dafür bezahlen, ist seltsam da dies nirgendwo stand. Am Anreisetag gab es nur ein Abendbuffet für 295 NAD. Dies war den Preis bei weitem nicht wert.

The room was spotless, fresh, and well kept. The swimming pool was the highlight of our stay. It is big and so beautifull, perfect for relaxing. Great stay overall, would definitely come back.

Heel sfeervol hotel met mooie, ruime kamers en heel goed restaurant.
Pros:

Het is een heel sfeervol hotel. We hadden 2 mooie, ruime kamers aan een sfeervolle binnentuin met terras. Het restaurant is heel goed. Het zwembad is ruim en mooi. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. De prijs/kwaliteit is super!

Cons:

We hebben dit hotel geboekt om van hieruit dagtrips te maken naar het Waterberg Platteau. Maar dat is toch nog ruim een uur rijden. Ik weet niet of er dichterbij een vergelijkbaar hotel is.

I have three boys.We got room 49, perfect fit for us. The boys had a room with three beds and we had our seperate room. The food was on time as well and room service was perfect. The room was also tidy.

Vor der Terrasse unserer Unterkunft und der Terrasse desHauptgebäudes ist Bauschutt (Mineralgemisch) verteilt. Das passt nicht zu dem angebotenen Standard

Die Anlage benötigt etwas Maintenance, in den Zimmern aber z.B. auch vorne am Teich auf dem Parkplatz, wo die Pflanzen zu groß geworden sind. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit 6 Betten.

Tolle Anlage, geräumige Zimmer, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
Pros:

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, schöne Anlage, tolle Zimmer, leckeres Essen. Ein super Zwischenstop auf unserer Reise, mit allem, was man braucht.

Cons:

Die Dusche war etwas unpraktisch, aber sonst wirklich alles top.
