Beautiful stay, Despite the power outage
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa De Lux. The place was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully presented. Everything was well taken care of, and I felt welcomed and relaxed throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Casa De Lux and would love to stay there again. ❤️

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no electricity throughout the day on Friday. It was quite inconvenient, especially because it affected our ability to use the facilities normally. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

Beautiful, clean, refreshing and comfortable place to be with all necessities one can need. They also have friendly staff. We received a warm welcome from Miss Ngubane, Moh and other staff. We enjoyed our stay.

One of the staff called saying that we left but instead it was a 6 pack and wen my son said they'll fetch but they threw it in the thrash but they didn't throw the alcohol, how do you explain that 😔

The staff were friendly and helpful where they were able.

Cons:

Three narrow flights of stairs to climb with luggage for senior people, no help. Bedding torn in places, replaced but replacements no better. No mirrors in rooms. No wall plugs in rooms. Cutlery poor quality. Easily bendable. Not up to standard for basic accommodation, never mind "luxury" accommodation.
