Nice hotel, overall. Great staff
Pros:

Clean, great location with almost all the places I need around, very friendly staff. Warm kind of hotel. Got help taking up my luggage, which rarely happens on Belgrave Road ...
Has AC should the weather get hot. Soft, comfy clean bed and pillows.

Cons:

Was on second floor with no lift. Good form of exercise though. The room is quite small, just enough space to operate around the bed and could barely fit in my one big luggage and I was alone. Would be cramped for two.
No reading desk and chair so working in the hotel is not ideal, unless you're good sitting on the bed.
The doors near my room were basically together so you become part of the openings and closings going on around

Alright for one night but wouldn’t stay again

Location is very handy a few minutes walk to Victoria

Cons:

The room was extremely small and the noise from the street kept us awake until the early hours. We were then woken up at around 8:30am by someone cleaning outside our room very loudly and hoovering right by the door. Following on from very little sleep this was not ideal. Perhaps this should be done once people have checked out in future.

Great base for a London visit
Pros:

Great hotel, very clean, fantastic value and comfortable. Good location to explore with lots of attractions being in walking distance

Cons:

One very slight negative, room 100 has a spotlight immediately outside the bedroom window. It would be great to be able to turn it off or at least mount so that it faces away from the window

Terrific option for a family of 5 for just a night or two. Enough room, friendly, clean.
Pros:

the room and hotel in general were exceedingly clean and new. I thought this would be a more run down option but it was great!

Cons:

The door had a window that someone could have peered into, and which beamed light into the room. Weird.
