Pros:

Room and hotel appeared to be clean.

Cons:

During the night I was woken up a few times by a horrendous smell coming from the toilet that seemed to come and go. Additionally when I arrived at the hotel there was no one at reception and despite ringing the bell a couple of times was waiting over 5 minutes. Not good when arriving late (at the time I had specified during the online check in)

Posizione comodissima a pochi metri da Victoria station e ancora meno dalla partenza del bus per gli studios di Harry Potter.
La camera familiare n.103 è ampia ed indipendente.

Pros:

Posizione centrale, davvero vicini a piedi alle principali attrazioni, e vicini alla stazione Victoria che collega tutta Londra.
Camera molto spaziosa per gli standard di Londra, più di quanto mi aspettassi, pulita e ordinata ogni giorno dallo staff.
Presenza di un bollitore e macchinetta del caffè!
Lo staff gentile, disponibile e preparato.

I would stay again
Pros:

It was very well situated, the room was very nice but just a bit too tight , bathroom was clean and comfortable, the rug a bit dirty ! But I would stay again!

Pros:

The room was comfortable and spacious enough to move around, though not enough to really spend a day in - we were outside every day. That was made easier thanks to being very close to Victoria station. The sheets, shower etc. were clean.

Cons:

There's carpet on the floor, and we couldn't shake the feeling that it couldn't be that clean - we'd have preferred a hardwood floor or something similar.

Pros:

Hotel carino a pochi passi da Victoria Station, posizione top, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Camera pulita, molto piccola ma in linea con gli standard di Londra

Cons:

Televisione pericolosa, rischio concreto di prenderla in testa. Non c’è la possibilità di fare colazione in loco.
