Pros:

Arendsee die kleine Stadt, Wittenberge ganz in der Nähe ist schön gelegen direkt an der Elbe, wunderbare Radwege und eine einzigartige Natur.

waschbären in der Decke, Abgerockte Unterkunft, Lampen fallen aus der Decke. Kein Zimmer aufräumen trotz Schild. Lüfter im Bad defekt, Fenster defekt, miese Bude.

Hübsches Haus mit Luft nach oben

Die Lage ist perfekt, um sich Arendsee, den Arendsee sowie die nähere Umgebung anzuschauen. Parkplätze befinden sich kostenlos vor dem Haus sowie auf dem Hof. Es ist sehr ruhig und Radwege beginnen vor dem Haus

Cons:

Da der 1. Eindruck entscheidend ist, sind die unsauberen Fenster im Erdgeschoss sowie die ebenfalls sehr schmutzige Eingangstür unangenehm aufgefallen. Man könnte annehmen, das Haus wird gar nicht mehr betrieben. Auch der eigentlich einladene Innenhof mit viel Grün & vielen Sitzecken lud nicht unbedingt zum Verweilen ein. Weiterhin wünschte ich mir Freundlichkeit vom ersten Moment an. Sicher haben wir einen Fehler gemacht, da wir (tatsächlich das 1. Mal) vergessen hatten, unseren kleinen Hund anzumelden. Allerdings kann man seine (verständliche) Verärgerung darüber definitiv gästefreundlicher rüber bringen. Aber vielleicht hatte der Inhaber auch nur einen schlechten Tag, denn am nächsten Morgen war er die Freundlichkeit in Person.
Auf dem Zimmer fehlten Zahnputzbecher & Föhn, den hätte man sich wohl aber ausleihen können, hatte ich bei den Ausstattungsmerkmalen gelesen.
Das Frühstück war mit verschiedenen Brötchen-Sorten, Aufschnitt, Käse, Obst, Marmelade,Cornflakes, Joghurt und Eierspeisen, die je nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet wurden, in Ordnung. Auch wurde immer wieder nach weiteren Wünschen gefragt.

Zimmer und Frühstück sehr gut.

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren sehr gut

Cons:

Der Innenhof kann kaum benutzt werden. Die Türen zum Hof und der Rezeption sind praktisch immer geschlossen.
Wir sind zwischen 74 und 82 Jahre alt. Wir haben deshalb freundlich um etwas Hilfe gebeten. Statt einer kleinen Hilfe (wenigsten für den Ältesten) war der Hinweis, dass das Haus keinen Lift hat, für uns sehr befremdend. Wir haben die zwei Treppen geschafft, hätten uns aber von dem weit jüngeren, kräftigen Mann, etwas mehr Hilfsbereitschaft erwartet.
