Pros:

Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Der Host war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit, immer freundlich und hat mir bei allem geholfen – von Tipps zur Umgebung bis zur Organisation von Transport.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles Wichtige ist gut erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit des Hosts – so etwas erlebt man nicht überall.
Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank für alles!

La mia esperienza è stata negativa. Ho prenotato una camera per due notti. Quando ho visto la camera che mi stavano dando (minuscola, senza finestra e senza riscaldamento) ho chiesto di cambiarmela . Hanno cancellato la mia prenotazione su Booking.com e mi hanno fatto pagare subito in contanti per due notti, e per la seconda notte per un'altra camera la tariffa era più alta. Ma dopo la prima notte dopo aver sofferto di freddo, ho deciso di andarmene via. Hotel ha rifiutato di restituirmi i soldi per la seconda notte!!!! Io lo chiamo rubare senza scrupoli - cancellare la prenotazione sul sito con la scusa che la carta è scoperta, incassare i soldi, e poi riaffittare la camera che ho lasciato per la seconda volta!!!

Nhân viên lịch sự, dễ thương. Vị trí tốt. Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi.

Cons:

Phòng không cách âm tốt, đóng kín hết cửa vẫn nghe tiếng từ hoạt động hành lang và phòng lân cận. Không che sáng tốt, dù có kéo hết rèm. Cảm biến báo khói nháy đèn sáng xanh lá liên tục ngay trên giường ngủ gây khó ngủ.
