Pros:

The staff was amazing. The room was well done. The pool was refreshing. Location was great!

Cons:

I will call hotels directly in the future because booking.com did not offer me any senior discount or state rate. The hotel couldn't honor it either because I booked with a 3rd party.

Pros:

The amenities in the room were fine and staff was friendly.

Cons:

The br e aghast offerings were limited and repetitive.
The last night we were there it sounded like a football game going on upstairs. Went on for several hours and not able to sleep. Called to the office several times and was never an answer. I'm sure there were more complaints

Clean, comfortable stay.
Cons:

Cleaning staff knocked and came into my room at 8:30am long before checkout. There is no reason the cleaning staff should begin cleaning occupied rooms before checkout time.
