The location a bit far from attraction places and the room is just a standard normal room which we stayed for 4 days 3 nights with the smelly toilet, asked the staff to clean room but never clean, asked to change towel the staff say no new towel.
1st day checked-in we reached hotel at 3pm and the young girl staff a bit rude and said our name not in the booking list and we have to wait almost an hour (eventho we have booked 2 weeks in advance thru booking.com and i have message the hotel personally to confirm the booking and asked for the iron during my stay but never get). The reason given is that the old manager has resigned and that's why our name not in their list. I have asked to see the new manager but they said the manager was at another hotel branch and we couldn't see until the very last day). Overall the service was very sucks and below expectation. Hope in future they can improve their service better.
