Pros:

The location is great, just some minutes to the beach. So many restaurants and services around. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

God beliggenhet, kaffe baren utenfor var fantastisk! Hadde en veldig god pizza og en frokost Resturant tett på. Personalet var hjelpsomme og rommet ble vasket selv om man dro ut senere

Cons:

Frokosten er det verste vi har sett. De haddeet greit asiatisk kjøkkenet, men det europeiske var usmakelig.
Det er dårlig lydisolasjon og vannet i dusjen lever sitt eget liv.

Pros:

I really love the warm wood tones in the room; it looks both luxurious and homey. The amenities, from the TV to the air conditioner, are brand new and work smoothly. The hotel pool is modernly designed, making it a great photo spot. The staff were also very thoughtful, pointing out delicious and affordable local eateries around the An Thuong area.

Good, but don’t ask someone to leave their room for hotel purposes

The room was nice, breakfast was only OK

Cons:

was asked to leave the room for an hour one day because of an issue with the rooms downstairs bathroom. Was quite uncomfortable especially with the previous reviews we read

Mostly Customer service oriented staff. Clean and quite rooms and daily refill of water. Rooftop pool small but enough. Rooms spacious and nice

Cons:

Breakfast offer limited but ok. For 1 week stay acceptable.

Pros:

The staff here are very professional, from the housekeepers to the managers, everyone always greets you with a smile. The rooftop pool is a big plus, perfect for a relaxing dip early in the morning before breakfast.

Cons:

Seems like the property owner only care about collecting money from tourists other than that this hotel is only worth less than a 3 star tourist hotel. Staff is cold and unprofessional. Carpet is smelly. Poor facilities

Pros:

Whether for business or leisure, ELC delivers well. The Wi-Fi is strong, allowing me to work from my room without interruption. In the evening, I took a few laps in the pool before heading to the walking street for dinner very convenient.

Best experience of a hotel in Da Nang.
Pros:

Excellent customer service. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Will help you anything you need. Clean and comfortable. High standard. My favourite hotel in Da Nang!

Receptionists Lucy, Emma and the manager Huy are the best!

Cons:

No negatives. I would happily come back.
