Good stay and a good value for money.
Pros:

The location and breakfast was amazing.

Pros:

Very clean , very good breakfast ,many food choices and the eggs were made to order. The staff were very kind and helpful , it was a very pleasant stay

There was one kind young woman who worked at the front desk who I felt really bad for being stuck in such an awful place

The room and the hotel were extremely stuffy, and everything smelled musty. There was no proper ventilation or air conditioning in the hallway, and the elevator was extremely stuffy. No one on the staff mentioned there was an elevator on the ground floor. We lugged our heavy suitcases ourselves. The furniture in the room was extremely old, and the room smelled musty and was damp. The pillows were terrible. The breakfast was disappointing, there was no choice, the tables were dirty, and we only ate breakfast twice. The management was extremely unfriendly.

Cons:

- humidité tellement forte que la première nuit nous nous sommes réveillés en suffoquant : nous avons dû laisser les fenêtres ouvertes h24 pour respirer correctement mais avons dû supporter le bruit de la rue. Nous avons très mal dormi pendant tout notre séjour. Le mur de notre chambre s’effritait tellement l’humidité était forte.
- nous avons eu une fuite et le sol de la salle de bain était complètement inondé. L’eau s’est coincée entre les 2 palliers du sol et ça n’a jamais été réparé.
- nous avons signalé 2 ou 3 fois à la reception que nous n’avions pas de fil sur le téléphone de la chambre et il était inutile mais cela n’a jamais été changé
- la piscine en sous sol avec le parking et les poubelles juste à côté
- le moisi dans la douche

Pros:

Khách sạn đẹp, sạch sẽ, đồ ăn sáng ngon, lễ tân thân thiện, nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng.

Cons:

Nhân viên bellman không tôn trọng khách lắm, nhận phòng cùng 2 bà nước ngoài nhưng bellman ưu tiên mang hành lý cho 2 người này, còn để mình tự mang lên phòng, lúc trả phòng thì lễ tân nhắc nhở mới mang balo xuống hầm để xe giúp, thật sự thiếu tôn trọng khách Việt.
