Very clean and tidy. The hosts Eegii and Mrs T were a lovely couple, very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The reception lady was incredibly polite and cheerful. Filtered coffee and tea are always available. The hotel also has a fully equipped small kitchen where I and Janlav, a very friendly guy I met there, were able to cook fresh horse meat and try it for the first time. I had an amazing experience staying here.
What I notice first is how the hotel staff treats customers and how diligently they go to help them with any of their enquiries. When their service is so excellent, I overlook some minor flaws in the hotel facilities.

Very clean, quiet and design Capsule Hotel. (Note you have to take some stairs after taking the elevator to the top).
Very fair amount of price for a single room!
The two women are very welcoming and sweet. I think it's a mother and a daughter. The place was very clean.
They allowed me to take the room at 6AM because the other person left early for the airport.
They prepare some fresh handmade breakfast.
Not very close from the city centre. English is limited.
Something which was uncomfortable for me: I contacted them 5 days before my arrival to see if it was possible to get a taxi. They replied yes but then they did not replied to my questions regarding the arrangements. I thought it was not possible anymore as I was not receiving replies from them.
My flight arrived 1 hour before and got a taxi at the airport.
They actually replied to me a few hours before my arrival but I did not have a connection to see it... I was on the plane.
So sorry for the confusion.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La padrona è stata molto disponibile e gentile con noi. Ci hanno aiutato ad arrangiare il transfer all’aeroporto un paio di volte. Le capsule sono grandi ed è tutto molto pulito.
Absolutely nothing
I didn’t even end up staying — the person at reception was glued to their phone, I wasn’t informed that there is no elevator to get upstairs (I was carrying 25KG’s of luggage on my back) and I booked a room with an en-suite only to find out at reception that I have to share the communal shower due to water issues (this could have been told either at the time of booking or prior to arriving).
