I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.
Pros:

I loved the accommodation, everything was very clean and organized and very comfortable. The place is very spacious and has everything you need also to make dinner.

Cons:

The location is a bit outside Paihia, but it is very quiet and if you have a car it is not problem at all. Walking to the bay would have been a little far. For me it was perfect that the place was a little out of town.

Our accommodation was located in a quiet area not far from town. It was very comfortable and had that we needed.

2 nuits super, c'est joliment décoré et les propriétaires super sympa!
Pros:

Un appartement, accolé à la maison des propriétaires, qui sont charmants!
L'établissement est propre, super équipé. La literie est très confortable!
Une kitchenette très bien équipée, un belle salle de bain avec douche, une grande chambre, des placards, un pièce salon-TV
C'est vraiment très très bien!
Et que dire de la gentillesse de Dave et Suz!!!! Merci encore!

Very spacious!
Pros:

The size of this stay was great! There were multiple rooms to use. The bathroom was a 10/10. Also, it was very clean! The host seemed very friendly too.

Cons:

The parking space was not so big. On the inside, even though very spacious, we were able to hear the host very well. The door seems to be poorly soundproofed. Moreover, the CA wasn't working properly.

Perfect Paihia
Pros:

Warm welcome from the owners, to a beautiful apartment with all the comforts of home.
Compact kitchen with top quality appliances. Comfortable bed in a spacoius bedroom, which was cooled to the right temp for a restful nights sleep. A cozy wee den/tv room and an outdoor dining space completed the perfect place for a relaxing break.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like.

Comfortable stay with friendly hosts. Great value for money.
Pros:

Friendly and thoughtful hosts. Comfortable and spacious accommodation which even had a cosy TV room that we didn't expect. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The lighting could have been warmer. There was one such lamp on the bedside table, but the rest of the lamps emitted "harsh" blueish light that didn't give a cosy feel.

Fantastic place
Pros:

This is a flawless accomodation! I loved it. It had everything, the bedroom was lovely and there is also a small living room and small kitchen. Just a short drive from Paihia. Wish I could stay longer. 100% recommend!

Amazing stay that feels like home
Pros:

We are small family w one children, stayed for one need, enjoying the beautiful of Paihia an russel, the accomodation is beyond our expectations, there is main bed room, lounge room, bath room , small kitchen with all amenities. All of those dedicated to one guess, its very spacious , tidy and superclean, car parked in front of accomodation not a street parking, only 5min to paihia beach, it was amazing stay, we wish we could stay longer, Dave and Suz are very helpful host

It would be nice if there is bar stool so we can dine in the small kitchen

Comfortabel en ruim appartement bij schitterende bay of Islands
Pros:

Een comfortabel appartement met alle benodigde faciliteiten + buitenzitje tot je beschikking. Vlakbij een prachtige baai. Op korte afstand van de ferrys en boottochtjes naar de adembenemende omgeving van de bay of islands. Restaurants en activiteiten in overvloed. Ongelooflijk aardige gastheer en gastvrouw
