What i ordered versus what I got!
Pros:

The food was good.
That apparently made up for the dissatisfaction!
The external of the hotel is nice.

Cons:

The bathroom was a put off.
Air-conditioning was leaking.
I had to ask for towel to get one.
The TV was only 1 channel!
It was room 211 or 212 Executive, that infact wasn't executing at all!

It’s dissappointing but the good thing the staff are quite helpful .
Pros:

The breakfast is the same thing and according to them have 2 types of different meals. And it’s really dissappointing .

Cons:

I would like to address the first day I arrive the staff don’t know that I book in booking .com the room that I choose in booking .con is different from they give me which later they transfer me to the right room but supposedly they have to prepare it that’s the reason I book in advance . Second thing there’s a poor hygiene the fan inside the room is full of dust . The light of the toilet is toilet not working for many days . The worst part is u tell to booking .com free wifi . And one more thing this no consistency of electricity any minute they off the light . I would recommend that the staff and the management must have proper training so that they have room for improvement . And I observe there’s not enough staff in the hotel for cleaning and cater every client need.
