A peaceful private beach-access gem with the loveliest staff!
Pros:

We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay! The villa is on a lovely complex, with privacy and stunning vistas. The beds, rooms and bathrooms were great and the apartment had all the things we needed. The staff were brilliant, very communicative and so helpful, even helped ship a lost item back to us. We loved the sun loungers out front and being able to walk down and enjoy the beach club. We looked at so many hotels/Airbnbs in the area and they all seem to be priced very high for what you get. We thought our villa was a gem off the beaten path - peaceful and easy to get to Palau from. Would definitely recommend for friends and couples!
Notes:
- The sun beds on the beach are only for a nearby hotel; you get free access to sun beds behind a short stone wall behind them as a villa guest (the beach club is lovely).
- Mosquitoes are out per usual
- Late check in is for a fee (they state this but we missed it)

Cons:

The sofa wasn’t the comfiest but we hardly spent time in the living room so not an issue!

Pros:

Bien situé , endroit très propre pour les villas , le resto très ordinaire et les chaise longue un peu défraîchi … et on n’a pas accès directement sur la plage avec chaise..

Nice stay
Pros:

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large terrace outside, an outside shower, grill make for a comfortable stay. The resort provides beach towels which is nice.

Cons:

The luxury status advertised and somehow conveyed by the comments is exaggerated. Our house was nice but small, the amenities are there but they are not well kept. In our house there were birds’ nets in the roof, birds $h1t making a mess, flies everywhere, amenities at bare minimum: e.g. salt in tiny sachets, no tablets for the washing machine. It needs to be said, the nearby beach is very small, the area for resort guests is behind a stone wall, not directly at the beach. There are more beautiful beaches 10km away. To summarize, a bit more attention to keeping of the house is needed.

We had an amazing stay in Palau! The service was excellent, and even though we arrived late for check-in, Maddalena kindly waited for us — thank you for that! The place is a perfect base for exploring the archipelago and the surrounding area. We’d definitely love to come back!
