Highly recommend
Pros:

The location, only a block from the plaza, was great. As a single female traveler, I was really touched by the do's and don'ts the staff gave me about safely navigating the city. The free walking tour was well paced and informative. I also loved the delicious free breakfast over looking the plaza. Last but not least, the hotel's Cafe that is open 24/7 is an excellent bargain. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a central location
Pros:

The best part of this hotel was the central location. It was walkable to many places and there was a metro station close by. As a single female, I felt very safe. The rooms were very clean.

Cons:

The pluses could also be minuses. We were down the block from the Zócalo where protests/demonstrations started.

Pros:

Perfect hotel for a quick one night stay in Mexico City. You can’t beat location! Room was perfect and staff was lovely. Buffet rooftop breakfast was excellent. There were even vegan options for my spouse.

10/10. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Perfect location! Great value for the price. Comfortable beds, hot showers and lots of nice touches. The 24 hr complimentary cafe in the lobby was fantastic! Free drinks, coffee, soups, sandwiches and pizza. Free bottled water in a refrigerator on each floor. Perfect rooftop restaurant and breakfast location.
