Excellent hotel in a central location
Pros:

The best part of this hotel was the central location. It was walkable to many places and there was a metro station close by. As a single female, I felt very safe. The rooms were very clean.

Cons:

The pluses could also be minuses. We were down the block from the Zócalo where protests/demonstrations started.

Pros:

Perfect hotel for a quick one night stay in Mexico City. You can’t beat location! Room was perfect and staff was lovely. Buffet rooftop breakfast was excellent. There were even vegan options for my spouse.

Perfect location! Great value for the price. Comfortable beds, hot showers and lots of nice touches. The 24 hr complimentary cafe in the lobby was fantastic! Free drinks, coffee, soups, sandwiches and pizza. Free bottled water in a refrigerator on each floor. Perfect rooftop restaurant and breakfast location.

Loved this hotel will definitely stay here again
Pros:

We were located right on the Zocolo with a beautiful view from the rooftop bar and restuarant. So close to all the sights. The hotel provided a free city walking tour which ran every day - so fabulous to get your bearings so you can really enjoy yourself.There is also a 24 hour cafe which is free and so convenient we had an early tour leaving at 5am and was able to get coffees and some breakfast before we went.

Amazing hotel, would stay again if im back in CDMX

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, great facilities such as cold bottled water available, snack bar, etc. A particular thanks to a concierge called Raul who went out of his way to help me one day as I was waiting on an uber while some nearby streets were closed due to a protest. He couldn't have been more helpful or kinder and I wished I had gotten to thank him properly afterwards in person but didn't see him again. Loved this hotel so much.
