Our family (10 adults) stayed here for two weeks and loved it - it’s about 10 minutes from the old town which suited us perfectly given the number of visitors to Hoi A these days. The property has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms which suited our family. It has spacious and generous living areas and excellent facilities. It has an excellent pool which got a lot of use. However, the most important thing for us was the welcome from Nhu Nhu and her two staff, Nam and Nu. They were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed plus more. We had the perfect holiday and we were so pleased that we chose to stay here. We can also recommend the Breeze which is a local restaurant - great food

Nhu Nhu contacted us prior to our stay to ensure everything was pre-arranged, she met us on arrival and introduced the team (including Nam).
Nam looked after us every day and nothing was ever a problem. The villa itself is beautiful. We’ll be back!

Such a beautiful spacious and modern home with great social and separate areas for eight adults and three teens, and a fabulous pool overlooking the river. Anh and staff looked after our every need and were so attentive and obliging - even forwarding on some stuff we left behind!

This is a great villa in a quiet location just off Hoi An main and old town. Nam Phuong manager and staff are attentive and provide very good service. Located on beside of the Thu Bon River, the villas are comfortable and luxurious, with great views and perfect for personal and large families.

The Villa’s location is ideal for experience the best of all Hoi An has to offer. The house sits on Thu Bon’s river, and 5 minutes car ride to the old town. Across the road is beautiful local villages among rice fields where the children can go for walk in to observe how local families live, play & work. The popular An Bang beach is 15 minutes car ride away. There are good restaurants, such as Tok, or Red Bridge, within walking distance, as well as great local cafes.
