Cons:

There was a strong smell as you enter the hotel which was unpleasant and also my room had smells of sewage through the air condition. The bathroom flush and bidet was not functional and had to be repaired.

Great hotel experience
Pros:

Checked in close to midnight due to flight times, staff were welcoming, offering a cold juice, a quick run down of opening times of restaurants. Concierge will help with anything you ask. Ocean view room was huge, heaps of space for storage, great view and very comfortable. The hotel leaves a bottle of water when you get your room serviced. Lotus Tower was a short tuk tuk ride away and there was a pharmacy and ATM across the road from hotel.

Cons:

I could not find a hotel directory in the room to show what facilities were in hotel. I knew of the pool but didn't know about spa and sauna until last day. To order room service, I used Google to find a room service menu so it'd be great to have a menu or at least a QR code to site to quickly find. At check in the staff did run through the opening and closing times of dining but having just arrived from a long flight, I was tired and couldn't recall :) Overall a fantastic stay.
