I stayed again in this hotel - and will come back in next business trip.
Pros:

good range of breakfast. Apart of typical Indian food - you can order, scrambles egg, sunny side or omlet. Fresh fruits delivered daily, some sweets etc.

Cons:

organize gym :-) It can be small, but simple threadmill and some weight should be there. If I stay few weeks in hotel - I would like to keep my exercise routine.

Bad experience, the room is too noisy
Pros:

The breakfast is good

Cons:

The room was too noisy that we couldn’t sleep because there was a water pump over our head and it made very loud nose every 5 seconds. And the bathroom smell badly plus a high step to walk up in, very dangerous especially at night time. Nothing was ready prepare like towels until we had to ask for.

Excellent.
Pros:

Abhishek & his team are highly motivated professionals who made my stay absolutely comfortable with their courteous and proactive service. Not just the rooms but even the common washroom in the lobby is extremely clean. The breakfast spread was beautiful & the dinner (Makkhan Murg Rice Bowl) (Dal Rice Bowl) was more than what I expected.

The location of 404 and rooms adjacent to this is very poor. Actually, outside the room there is some engine or fan installed which creates lot of noise. So, I changed the room.

The overall experience was disappointing. The rooms are extremely small and seem suitable only for short-term visits of a few hours, not for a proper stay. The staff was not cooperative, and the service quality was below expectations. Additionally, the hygiene standards were poor, which made the stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel for a comfortable or long stay.
