Absolutely would stay here again because of the staff and location!
Pros:

This hotel is pet friendly, which is why we decided to stay here. The staff were very friendly to our two small dogs. There’s a small grassy area across from the hotel - perfect for walking the dogs.

Room not ready for occupancy by us 4 guests . We had to call housekeeping/guest
services for everything from readying the bathroom , towels , toiletries etc. The beds were
uncomfortable , the mattresses were too soft . The sofa bed mattress was disgustingly
uncomfortable , lumpy , soft and thinned out to sinking to the wire frame . ( it should be
replaced ! ) I woke up after a fitful night with an aching back !!! I did mention this to the
front desk and asked for a replacement but " nothing " was done to resolve the problem !
The entire experience of staying at this supposedly highly rated " boutique hotel " was
extremely disappointing ! We occupied Suite 700 and for a suite , I expected a bit of elegance , the room was very ordinary . The one saving grace was Richard from guest services , who brought us all the amenities we requested . He was very gracious and
helpful .
