Pros:

Pros: Unique pirate ship, pools and hot springs were great. Fun slide. Great location near the volcano.
Cons: Extremely loud, very tiny room, no storage space in bedroom or bathroom, dirt parking, staff non-existent, no help with luggage, lots of people/crowded, checking out early in the morning (before 8am) is a problem because the gate is locked.

Pros:

This is a property that seems to be under construction. It is well-suited for young families who don’t mind noise. The rooms are shipping containers that are very cramped even for two people. Our container had a porch that had a view of the steel container in front of us and we could hear children screaming (with joy) from the pool area until 8:30 pm. We dreaded coming back to our room at the end of the day. Staff were very nice and the facility was clean. It just wasn’t for us.

Pros:

Great place for kids and families. The new Pirate Boat pool complex is a real treat for the children. Staff were all very nice.
