Muy cerca del centro de Tam Coc, pero en una zona más tranquila. Todo el alojamiento estaba perfecto, con una piscina idea para refrescarte. Los dueños súper majos, alquilamos tanto unas bicicletas como unas motos eléctricas con ellos y todo perfecto. Muy recomendado

This property was beautiful, I had a decent sized pool that was clean with plenty of chairs for lounging, there was stunning art work around the vicinity and so much greenery and plants. The rooms were spacious and had just what we needed in them, a fan, very good air on, comfy beds, a good shower, 3x large bottles of water, coffee etc etc. The home stay also offered nail, massage, laundry and pedal bike and moped rental. We rented a pedal bike for 3 days which was perfect- the home stay was secluded from the main busy streets, but was only a short bike cycle away- this was our preferred method of travel- cheap, easy and you got to explore the surrounding locations. We also opted to have our laundry done- this was the first time having it done since arriving so there was a lot, but they still don’t it with no complaints and it came back smelling fresh, looking clean and folded- all fairly quickly. The homestay also offered free breakfast which had a pretty good menus for drink and food options. The staff here were so so friendly and kind and even after we had checked out, let us keep our luggage there and even offered for us to use showers. And last but not least the most adorable, friendly dogs who would greet you whenever you got back to the homestay and always put a smile on our faces- our most favourite part of this homestay. Thankyou for having us we had an excellent experience and would highly reccomend.

The family made me to feel at home from the beginning. They were so warm and welcoming and always willing to accommodate my requests including washing my clothes, booking my tour to Trang An and Mua Cave and booking my sleeper bus to the next city. The room and bed was very comfortable and there was good Wi-Fi. The property is beautiful with the bamboo-lined rooms, the pool and nice views. They have bicycles which they allowed me to use for free and it took under 10 mins to get to Tam Coc centre. The fresh fruit, breakfast, traditional coffee and smoothies were very tasty. The family even kindly invited me to eat dinner with them on one of the nights. I ended up extending my stay a couple nights because I didn’t want to leave. I sincerely hope I will be back in Ninh Binh to stay here again.

Het ontbijt was heel goed. De avond vooraf werd ons gevraagd wat we willen eten en drinken. En als we 's ochtends opstonden, werd het vers gemaakt. Echt perfect.

The staff, especially the owner’s daughter, Ha, was kind and allowed me to use the shower after checking out, so much appreciated.
She was helpful and sweet.
The bed was spacious and the room was clean, and the property was well maintained.

Without a doubt, my favorite hotel in Vietnam. It's super beautiful, surrounded by nature and tranquility. They answer any questions you have kindly, the rooms are very clean and pleasant, and there are three super playful and loving dogs waiting for you too! Thank you for everything!

Where to start with this place! It’s a little slice of paradise. The accommodation is perfect, exceptionally clean and very comfortable (comfortable bed too!!). The AC works very well, the bathroom has great ventilation (just remember to turn the fan on!) and the mini fridge is a great bonus. The grounds boast a very clean pool and lots of trees and plants (hearing the frogs outside at night was also pretty cool! Couldn’t hear them from the room though), plus some wonderful art painted by the mum of the family who live here. The whole family are wonderful hosts and lovely people who couldn’t be more helpful, kind or accommodating. One of the daughters aspires to run a wee coffee shop on site and her coffee is amazing, best oat milk latte we have had since arriving in Vietnam a few weeks ago! The breakfast choices are great, I definitely recommend the omelette and we were also treated to complimentary fruit in the morning- in fact most times we sat down in the restaurant we were brought snacks! The food in the restaurant is also brilliant. We ended up extending our and if we could we would stay even longer. You can also rent bicycles and motorcycles on site, have your laundry done (we dropped it, which was basically all of our clothes and two rucksacks, off in the afternoon and were surprised to get it back the same evening- it also smelled amazing. You can get your nails done and get a range of massages. We got the full body and it was brilliant. They can also help arrange tours and book trains/buses too. Absolutely perfect, 10/10 would come stay again! Oh and their dogs are adorable!!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt im Viet Ha Homestay! Alle waren sehr nett, das Bett war super bequem, es war alles sehr sauber und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten!
Es ist etwas weit vom Zentrum, doch dafür sehr ruhig und man ist sehr nahe an den schönen Reisfeldern. Zu Fuss ist das Zentrum in ca 15-20 Minuten zudem sehr gut erreichbar.
Wir können es weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen!
