You get what you pay for but better options at this price.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Very small selection but very quick.

Cons:

Hotel is just old and hampered by a total lack of parking. Even a motorcycle park was hard.
Booking lady is lovely. The rest of the staff speak almost zero English.
The cleaners were terrible and very erratic in their actions. No hand towels at times and had to ask them to sweep the floor, refill shower supplies. Shower head was terrible like the temperature control.

Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut top!
Man kann fast alles innerhalb weniger Min. zu Fuß erreichen.
Nachtmarkt, Strände, Einkaufszentrum, Bintahbat, Soi 80 und 94!

Cons:

zu wenig Licht zum Rasieren im Badezimmer.
Könnte ein wenig sauberer sein!

Pros:

To be honest the bed was very uncomfortable, and the swimming pool needed cleaning. But I get that the hotel wasn't busy. Overall it was perfect for our stay and very affordable

Nice location and breakfast eggs
Pros:

Location. Eggs and tea for breakfast was good. Balcony with a great view. Pool okay.

Maybe some improvement in the shower and small details like shower gel and shampoo.

For value for money, great place
Pros:

Cheap clean and location I’m an easy-going type of guy. The swimming pool was okay for me but if you had a family, it would not be.

Cons:

Air conditioning too noisy second room that I had big bed was no goog

My stay was very comfortable and the receptionist was kind and very helpful
Pros:

Location was an easy walk to beach, night market, etc

Cons:

The TV broke down and it took several attempts and days by the technician to rectify the problem which still wasn't 100% repaired by the time I checked out. The ramp at the entrance was constantly being blocked by motorcycles, I had to ask the concierge to move the motorcycles on a couple of occasions so I could get in and out from the Loft Hotel.

Pros:

Large comfy room with good location, close to restaurants, cafes, beach etc
Laundry can be done close by hotel

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible, only a over cooked omelette and poor coffee.
A v g bakery close by ( croissants and Co) Our room was a little dated but clean and comfy.
