Room is nicely appointed albeit kitsch, which was actually charming. Aircon was powerful. Shower was great. Big windows and a view of the street below
The pool is a let down, tiny area makes you feel like you're ontop of people.
The dimmers for the bedside lamps don't work, likely because the bulbs are not compatible with a dimmer function

Obligation to pay in cash
Location
Just the shower drain. A smell comes from here as the building plumbing has no S- trap built in when constructed. Maybe the owner could put a special tile over it to stop the smell. I had to keep the bathroom door closed but the smell still got into the room.
