Pros:

Very nice views and hotel location next to Galata tower. Sauna and indoor swimming pool free of charge. Nice and friendly staff, cherry on top we forgot some items during check out, cleaning staff found them and were handed over to us. Well done and keep up!

Room was not so big but still comfortable

Отель с новым ремонтом, удобная кровать. В номере очень чисто. Прекрасный завтрак на верхнем этаже с потрясающим видом. Сотрудники профессиональные и очень помогли мне со всеми вопросами. Расположение удобное рядом с Галатской башней.

Сотрудники ресепшена и отдельно Эдему хочу сказать огромное спасибо, он помог нам отстать от таксиста, который привез нас с аэропорта и хотел развести на деньги и еще он всегда когда видел нас спрашивал чем помочь, все ли хорошо, вызвать такси, очень приятный и внимательный сотрудник , прямо приятно очень

Завтрак , очень не дружелюбные, придя раз на завтрак вовремя к открытию, мне не разрешили ничего взять с еды, объясняя, что они еще не накрыли, хотя я им сказала что уже время и что я спешу на конференцию и хочу позавтракать и они никак не отреагировали, пришлось ждать, в итоге я ничего не успела съесть и голодная просидела день на конференции

A very pleasant stay, made even more memorable by an exceptional and attentive staff.
Pros:

I checked in quite late compared to my original arrival time due to some issues at the airport. Despite that, the experience was excellent. The receptionist, Hilal Shushkov, was one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever met extremely professional, welcoming, and always ready to help.

I would also like to highlight Sabri Akay, who was incredibly friendly and supportive. He assisted us with booking our transfer back to the airport and even helped us carry our luggage outside in the cold, despite how heavy they were.

Honestly, they were the highlight of our stay. Their kindness, positive attitude, and dedication truly made a difference and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant experience. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of, and they played a big part in making our trip even more memorable.

Cons:

The only improvement I would suggest concerns the room cleaning schedule. I would have preferred it to be done earlier in the morning, ideally during the time we are having breakfast. On a few occasions, we returned around 5 or 6 PM and found that the room had not yet been cleaned

Pros:

Ottima posizione e pulizia , struttura nuova e staff molto gentile e disponibile . Bellissima la colazione con vista, Spa con piscina un plus

Cons:

Le camere sono un po’ piccole. La spa anche a mio avviso l intero accesso andrebbe fatto su prenotazione per un certo numero di camere, acqua della piscina a 28 gradi a mio avviso è fredda per il periodo non estivo. La colazione è buona ma a mio avviso un pochino limitata lato dolce.

Angenehme Unterkunft am Galata Tower
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit besonderes die Mitarbeiterin Sena am Empfang und Sabri waren ganz besonders freundlich.
Die Sauberkeit und die Atmosphäre hat mir besonders gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.
