Très bien mais dommage
Pros:

Le service au bar/restaurant était de très bonne qualité, ainsi que la qualité du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Nos cartes d'accès à notre chambre qui se désactivaient sans cesse (4 fois sur un séjour de 3 nuits), ainsi qu'une réservation d'un soin au SPA mal prise en compte par le personnel de la réception et donc un soin qui n'a pu être fait.

Pros:

Pulizia, colazione, discrezione e gentilezza dello staff, vista mozzafiato

Cons:

Tutto perfetto, manca solo un’ area fumatori a cui si possa accedere senza uscire dall’albergo (quella presente all’ultimo piano ha una vista meravigliosa ma per accedervi bisogna passare nella sala ristorante)

In overall we were very happy in this hotel mainly because of satff and great location.
Pros:

Great location and amazing staff. Really so kind, nice and helpful.

Cons:

Very cold water in pool, quite small room and the menu in restaurant was only with Turkish cuisine and with no fish.

Pros:

Sena ozge Ismail Sabri veysel Omer esma all team was very nice and professional and my stay in the hotel greet-full sena she is very helpful and nice with us and sabri was very supportive and helpful as. Ozge was very nice and welcoming , the hotel is very clean and breakfast delicious with very nice view on Bosporus and Galata tower and all Istanbul was very nice

The only one comment is about the room size it was very small

Not the best for the price
Pros:

Location, cleanness

Cons:

Booked superior double room, it stated 20m2 but the room wouldnt even reach 13m2. Plugs not working and had to call technician, last day without hot water.

Kurz gefasst: super Lage, sehr nettes Personal und ein sehr sauberes Hotelzimmer. Da gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängel
Pros:

Im Großen und Ganzen hat mir das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war auch recht zentral. Es waren keine 7 Minuten Fußweg bis zur METRO und ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Fähre. Wenn man also bei schönem Wetter unterwegs ist, kann man die Strecke gut zu Fuß laufen. In der Nähe gab es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man sich kurz Snacks holen konnte.

Das Hotel selbst und das Zimmer waren sauber. Es gab nichts, wo man sagen könnte, dass man deswegen zur Rezeption gehen oder anrufen müsste. Alles war wirklich picobello sauber, perfekt!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in der Lobby. Auch die Hausdame Sibel war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir noch Wasser benötigen. Das hat sie uns dann auch gegeben, ohne dass wir extra danach fragen mussten.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und es gab nicht jeden Tag immer das Gleiche. Das Restaurant befindet sich auf derselben Etage wie der Frühstücksbereich und ist mittags bis abends geöffnet. Es ist sehr schön, dort bei Sonnenuntergang zu Abend zu essen, was ich auch sehr empfehlen kann.

Il soggiorno è stato eccezionale! Fin dall'arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande ospitalità da Veysel che col sorriso ci ha seguiti e consigliati per vivere al meglio la città.
Ogni giorno la colazione è servita in uno splendido rooftop. C'è ampia scelta e varietà di pietanze presentate con cura e pulizia.
Lo staff ha reso speciale la nostra permanenza in ogni momento con gentilezza e tanta disponibilità: Ozge, Esma, Ozlem e Hiveyn grazie mille.
In ultimo, abbiamo usufruito anche della spa e del bagno turco, dopo tanti km a spasso per la città è bello potersi rilassare una volta rientrati in hotel.

Not quite the magic I had hoped for!
Pros:

It was nice to be fairly close to the Galata tower and a relatively short walk to the bridge and ferry terminal
The room was clean and had a balcony.
The staff were very friendly

Cons:

The room was very tiny, not big enough for two people and two suitcases. This was a premium room and priced accordingly ; there was also just a shower, no bath.
You can see the galata tower from the room but below it was not so scenic!
We tried the pool which looked lovely but it was Freezing- so cold that I couldn't go in- my husband was braver!
The biggest let down was having spent much time writing and receiving messages about this being a special trip as well as arranging a transfer from the airport, we had to wait an hour for our transfer after our arrival in Istanbul and it was chaos at the meeting point
The driver was late, but managed to find us in the mayhem at the airport meeting point - but only because my husband could send photos of where we were. Thankfully someone at the hotel was able to stay in touch with us but I was a bit disappointed that there was no acknowledgement of the stress that it caused us on our arrival at the hotel, (or any attempt to make things a little better.)
We also booked a romantic dinner for two in the rooftop restaurant which has to go straight to because we were so late arriving, and everything we seemed to choose from the menu was not available. I have to say that it was a disappointing first night because of these two main things (and amongst other things after that - for example -the freezing pool facility!)
