Grand Galata Hotel & Spa

Είχαμε την τύχη να μας βάλουν σε ένα από τα δωμάτια της φωτογραφίας και ήμασταν ψηλά με υπέροχη πανοραμική θέα! Η καθαριότητα ήταν απερίγραπτη! Κάθε μέρα το δωμάτιο ήταν σαν καινούριο. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό, το πρωινό πλούσιο, η τοποθεσία τέλεια, πολύ κεντρικά, σε απόσταση 5’ από τον Πύργο του Γαλατά και γενικά σε κομβικό σημείο. Πηγαίναμε παντού με τα πόδια. Μας καλωσόρισαν κερνώντας μας χυμό και γλυκό στο δωμάτιο! Κουρτίνες συσκότισης και πλήρως ηχομονωμένο το δωμάτιο! Όλα σούπερ!

Posizione impeccabile, a due passi da torre Galata, camera ottima con vista sul mare e personale gentilissimo e professionale. Un plauso particolare ai ragazzi della reception : Hilal, Sena, Efe, al direttore della terrazza a colazione, ai concierge della portineria e la mitica Sibel ai piani. Grazie

Lage, Personal besonderes Lob an Sena Hilal und Sabri Ozkan. Allgemein war das Peronal sehr mett und zuvorkommend.

Özkan Sabri ve Sena hanim konaklamamızda bizlere çok yardımcı oldular. Otel konumu Galata’ya çok yakın. Her şey mukemmeldi tekrar geleceğiz

I like our stay, everybody was kind.
The facility Sena, Sabri, Ozkan was helping us on each matter, very liked them.

The stay was very comfortable , the staff are very kind and helpful , its very safe and they kept our luggage we forgot our passports in the safe in the room and they found them and kept them safe and gave it to us when we came back to collect our luggage.
Thank you to hilal and sena and ozkan and sabri for making our stay more comfortable and to the reception staff for their kindness

Die Lage war perfekt, schöne Aussicht im 3 Bett Zimmer 10. Stock mit Seaview. Personal Sena und Ugur waren sehr behilflich und zuvorkommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly made the experience special was the friendly and helpful staff - Sena, Hilal and Ozkan they were always welcoming and ready to assist with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Sena and sabri sono state fantastiche alla reception, l hotel è pulitissimo, di lusso, posizione tranquilla e strategica. Ottima colazione. Davvero il top ad Istanbul

Sehr sauber und guter Zimmer Service. Tolle Ausstattung und nettes Personal. Frühstück mit Mega Aussicht und viel Auswahl. Bequeme Betten, spa ganz ok.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Galata and we found it to be very very good value for money. The whole building has a very new feel - the room was smart and overall clean and comfortable, and the breakfast room was stunning with great views. We enjoyed a wonderful massage and turkish bath in the spa, which was lovely, just wish we'd had time for the pool - they allow couples in together which is just what we wanted. The staff at the front desk were very helpful as well. For our needs in Istanbul, this was perfect and very good value.

Morgenmaden var ganske fin. Personalet var flinkt og servicemindet. Fantastisk udsigt fra vores værelse med direkte udsigt til Galata-tårnet. Alt i alt en god oplevelse.
