Mình thuê phòng 2 người và đặt thêm 1 giường phụ, cuối tuần họ thu thêm 320k cho 2 đêm trong khi giá 1 người là 425k. Mình thấy phụ thu đắt, không được báo trước, và chỉ chuẩn bị 2 khăn tắm, 2 nước suối free

chẳng hiểu sao ai tới sớm cũng được nhận phòng sớm chỉ có mình đặt booking thì không được nhận phòng sớm,ks nói phòng đang có người ở,không sao vì tg nhận phòng đã qui định rồi, đặt phòng gần 600k có ban công mà nhân viên giao phòng ko có phải đi hỏi lại mới giao phòng có ban công cho mình,phòng thì cũ , ban công chẳng có gì gạt tàn khách cũ dùng vẫn còn rác ko dẹp dọn , phòng dơ ,nước rủa tay cũng ko có,
khách sạn rất bất tiện mặt tiền thì để xe hơi nhận phòng thì phải đẩy lại phía sau đường vô thì khó ,vắng,xa trung tâm
