Close to the Dragon bridge, staff were ok.
Rooms are tired. Pool closed due to maintenance, no shower curtain in the bathroom, had to pay by cash, wouldn’t except visa.
Do not stay here. Staff was unfriendly, we booked a stay for one night for 6 people and the lady at the front desk started arguing with us and said we booked two rooms for 2 people when we booked it clearly said triple bed for each room and they tried to charge us extra. We showed them our booking and they finally gave us our room after trying to charge us extra and be dishonest. We went in our room air conditoner was not cold, hotel is old, room filled with mosquitos, room STANK. Fridge had water bottles that were half dranken(did not clean fridge out). The room smelled like poop and the bathroom was disgusting. Random disgusting brown stains on the floor, pretty sure the room stank and smelled like poop because a leaking pipe. We had to put a wet towel over it to cover the smell. We were going down to ask for a room switch when the door wouldnt close/lock. Door is unsafe and doesnt close and stays open.
Location was excellent. Dragon Bridge is within walking distance of hotel. Beach is within walking distance or a short taxi ride. Supermarket next door.

The room was big and bed was ok.
The staff were all sour, didn't get the room we booked and paid for, we had to complain to give us the room we booked them when they changed our room it was filthy they hadn't cleaned it so back down to reception for them to get cleaning staff to clean. The receptionist was sour and grumpy as with the bell boy didn't help with luggage just stood there and watched us. Breakfast was Halal and nothing was fresh do we are out
Amazing view through large windows in 9th floor from where you can even see the dragon bridge which is just a 15 min walk away. the beach is 20 mins away. Lots of restaurants, bars, and clubs on the street. Breakfast was okay. Room was very spacious.
It is really loud at night on the street, even though we had our room on the 9th floor and the windows were shut. There was some mould on the ceiling and the windows were very dirty. But what annoyed us most was the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. We asked for ice because of an acute injury and were fobbed off with a disinterested "we don't have any ice". No further help was offered (e.g. where we could get some or where the nearest pharmacy was). When I went back to reception at 9pm to ask for a second pillow, the security guy was asleep in the lobby and nobody else was there. It was only when I woke him up that he took pity on me after another 5 minutes and looked for someone who could help me.
Nothing. Worse hotel ever stayed in life
Demanded cash only. No credit card payments at all. Long stay, not carrying large cash. Have to go to bank to exchange currency. Not accepting USD or GBP. Very strange. Worst thing is no manager or senior person. No English either. Have to use translation services on the phone
Room were dirty. No TV or remote working.
Advertising as 4 star, I would not give one star.
It's was good location ,rooms good size.
