Un professional! Rude and petty! Complete rip-off. Avoid at all costs!
Pros:

The pool was well maintained, Clean! we needed a place to relax and the pool made our stay at least bearable. Note though! The breaching used to clean the pool stained all our swimming costumes!! We did inform the manager, but kept claiming that it’s the sunscreen we apply!! Never heard of that, I have swam in many pools across the globe and this is the only pool that your costume turn yellow!

Cons:

The manager was very rude! Unprofessional! The rooms are not to standard! I felt cheated big time! Honestly one of the worst experiences ever. Our room had stained bedcover that clearly had not been changed from the previous use. Missing essentials (toilet paper, soap, and hidden fees that you come to realize when you check in! There was zero hot water for showers. I was charged for a towel that I was told I stained! Which I never did to my knowledge! I found it weird and very unprofessional to charge a client for a stain in the towel! I paid anyways, I just didn’t want noise! And in contrary all our swimming costumes got stained due to hard breaches used on the pool! We didn’t charge them for all that damage, but the manager was quick to demand payment for a stain in one of their pool towel , which we never stained! A gal of 10 years accompanied by her mother came to visit , immediately the manager jumped out of her door. Excuse me…. She called out! Please note we don’t allow children in the premises🙄 in the booking dot com site there was no mention of such… Honestly speaking that was my breaking point!!

Pros:

I had a very good experience, the staff were amazing and helpful. The place is serene very clean and tidy up to standard, it was so relax I enjoyed my vacation. I don't know why someone will choose just to tarnish the reputation of such a beautiful place. I had nothing to complain about the location is everything is 3minutes walk to the beach it's by the road it's close five star hotels and beach restaurant. In definitely coming back.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay. The host was very kind, warm and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It offers a serene environment with a clean swimming pool. The location is very close to the beach. Next time I am in Diani, I will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place
Pros:

The location is near the beach and few minutes to the airport and Ukunda town. The breakfast was superb and they provide variety to choose from before preparation. Overall, they stay was fantastic and it is great place.

Pros:

Just 5 min by foot from the beach, close to surf bar and le cafe.
Property is clean and new. Some rooms where just finished, others 99% only ac was lacking.
