Cons:

The receptionist named Pandu was very rude and the room was pathetic 😡😡😡😡. I don’t understand how this hotel is rated as 8 out of 10 on goibibo.
When we arrived, the receptionist said that he is making the room ready, but when we saw the room, the bedsheets,the pillow covers were dirty, they weren’t changed.
The charging slots, the wall clock, the television all were not working.
Towels were not provided and not a single water bottle was provided.
The next day, the bathroom’s flush button was not working and when I asked him to change the room, his servant just came in our room and did some lame acting as to he is checking the button issue and went back.
Booking.com you shouldn’t be listing such pathetic hotels on your website.
I paid 1500 for one night stay but it was not at all worth it and rather horrible stay.

Waste of money. Better find another hotel

Nothing is there to like.

Cons:

There are so many things that I didn't like in these hotel.
1) they are not maintaining rooms clean.
2) I didn't like the staff's behaviour.
3) they are charging extra money than as shown in the booking app.
4) There is a water problem.

I didn't get room there, even I booked online , and checkin time I mentioned in the message to you which was registered from my end, your side it was not updated and so they didn't get the check intime , abruptly rejected my stay in that property , so arrogant, therefore I took another property instantly with lot of trouble, I will not booking anything hereafter from your app

Worst experience i have been in my life.
Pros:

While booking its showing including breakfast, But they are not providing Breakfast. Its not available. Water bottle also not provided by hotel. Phone not working.

Cons:

Very bad service. They are not knowing English. Not guiding for proper location to reach hotel. Mosquitoes and cockroaches are in room. Rat was dead and its lying in lift area, After informing to reception guy also not cleaned.
