Okay for a bunch of contractors that share the place but for me alone I wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Location was okay and had free parking outside the apartment. The apartment was okay for the money paid but it could have done with being cleaner. Windows very dirty and the grass around the apartment looked unloved.

Cons:

The heating didn't work, lucky it wasn't too cold, the toilet cistern leaked and there was black mould around the shower and the shower head was barely fixed to the wall.

A good apartment, that could be a great apartment.
Pros:

- The beds are very comfortable (one of the nicest, soft but supportive mattresses ever!)
- There is a decent size balcony
- Several washing machines and dryers for clothes are provided (in the basement)
- Although we didn't use the kitchen, it seems to have everything necessary
- All of the bedroom windows have shutters, so it's easy to block out the light and most of the traffic sounds from the road outside
- Although not in the centre, it is only a 10 to 15 minute walk into town or less than €6 in a taxi
- There is sufficient parking, either directly outside the building or on the street

I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There are a few issues, but ones that are easily fixed:
- There is no shower holder, so having a standing shower is awkward
- There is quite a bit of black mould around the bath
- We were given one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 nights
- There are multiple signs around the apartment warning residents that there is a monetary fine for this, for that and the other. Apart from being unenforceable, it comes across as unwelcoming and a bit aggressive
- There is a sign informing guests how to divide their waste into 4 different bins. However, only two bins are provided
