Le personnel notamment du restaurant etait super! Les chambres spacieuses, tres propres. La salle de sport etait aussi tres bien.

Cons:

La salle de massage, trop sombre et un peu effrayante. La piscine ne peut pas etre utilisee l hiver.

Pros:

Room was tidy and clean. The staff was good and understanding. Food in the citrus cafe was good and pricewise well balanced.

Cons:

Too much delay happened during checkin which was a little annoying.

Hidden service charges by the hotel
Pros:

The location is pretty close to the railway station and to the main hub of the city - Elite square.

Cons:

There is a good amount of hidden service charges almost 30% that hotel charges you to make it par with their offline booking rates. You basically don’t get any discounted rates when booking it from here, and you end up paying the same amount of money as you would have to pay for offline booking.

Exceptional hotel with great service and value for money.
Pros:

Excellent hotel with exceptional service and good food. Rooms are very clean and huge. Room service and front desk staffs are exceptional, one of the best hotels I stayed so far, never expect such a great service. Ten out of ten for Everything from check in to check out . Really Recommend this
