A Lovely Inn , Beautiful location ,very good breakfast a spacious room & shower with a good comfortable bed good storage for cloths and other items if required.
Nothing.
Very rural location - very quiet and great views from the balcony. from the look of the garden and the amount of tables this place must get really busy. Great staff
No wifi and no phone signal.
Food was normal pub fayre - but apart from my Olives, to be honest it wasn't to my taste, but perfectly adequate for most im sure.
Staff & food great
A number of issues with the room. All listed out got the owners to review and comment. Staff shouting for their dog and midnight didn't help either
Beautiful setup, lovely room, very accommodating staff, best poached eggs I've had. Way better than most places for tea & coffee in the room
Couldn't see a blind on the skylight. WiFi & power a bit temperamental in high winds
The location was off the beaten track so peaceful. The breakfast was fairly good, however needed to be hotter.
The evening menu was poor unless you wanted a burger. The bar was very cold and the heating wasn't on, only a woodburner which was hidden behind a table of six people so not much use to other customers who were all sitting in the pub with coats on.
The staff were ok but need to pay more attention to their guests. Would like to have spoken to someone on departure but they were nowhere to be seen.
The sheets were badly stained which doesn't make you feel very clean and the room on arrival had obviously just been done hence the floor was very wet. It would have been nice if the heating had been turned on for our arrival.
The toilet seat was broken and the bathroom door needs serious attention.
The rooms with terrace are obviously used for people with dogs which should be highlighted on their site as my wife is allergic to dogs.
Unfortunately we would not recommend and certainly wouldn't stay again.
Quiet location
No internet or tv
Friendly landlady polite cheerful chatty helpful room lovely had two rooms both excellent
It was perfect
Traditional pub and location
Very hot and no air conditioning. I ordered Sausage and mash. £17+ for a definitely microwave meal from supermarket.
No internet connection so also couldn't watch TV as links to net
Good breakfast friendly owners.
Cold in the pub and was woken up at 5am with something crawling around on the roof of the accomodation. The Internet also, did not work in the accomodation.
A hidden treasure tucked away near the coast. Beautiful traditional thatched pub and wood burner keeping us warm.
Fantastic place bargain lovely people great food great service great place
Fantastic
The first night in the restaurant sat by the roaring fire, eating delicious food was heaven sent.
Our breakfast delicious and our second night chatting to the owner, again by the fire with a plate of piping hot food was wonderful.
Possibly the towels !
Clean, and great value for money. Comfortable bed and good shower. Fabulous friendly staff
Nothing to dislike
The Breakfast on offer was huge lol, I dont eat that amount of food for breakfast but it was a jolly good option, Husband was very happy.
Everything was fine.
La situation, au calme et proche de l’océan.
Le wifi n’était pas disponible mais nous avons pu faire une pause.
Excellent little hideaway will definitely return.
The staff were excellent and the pub is a gem of a place
Amazing location with plenty of outdoor seating areas for the warmer weather and long summer nights
Only problem was we stayed on a Sunday night and the meal times on booking.com stated meals finished at 15:30 which meant we ate on the way there only to find out they were serving meals when we arrived in the evening.
Partly my fault because I didn't check the website or ring ahead and just took the times stated on booking.com as gospel
Will definitely eat there next time as the food looked and smelled amazing
