The building and inner room fittings were on a grandiose scale, Very Big rooms and very nicely decorated.
Bed was good and slept well.

The staff is super helpful and kind! After a day trip to the center of Phu Ly, I got sick. The staff bought food for me as they don't have a restaurant inside the hotel. The room is spacious, and the AC is super cool!
I saw cockroaches and spiders inside my room, but good thing they didn't fly or attack me. Haha! The hotel is near the restaurant that has a live band. So it is loud every night. No tissue and hand soap.
Room wasn't cleaned properly. There was a dirty used razor by the tv and black hair everywhere
