Pros:

L'extrême amabilité du gérant et ses bons conseils. La possibilité d’aller au jacuzzi, les chambres sont bien organisées et bien décorées et les lits sont confortables. Possibilité de se servir de l’eau, du café et du thé a toute heure.

Cons:

La vue sur la cour intérieure n’est pas super (mur et climatiseur) et l'insonorisation est a revoir, on entend ce qu il se passe dans les couloirs et dans les chambres voisines.

It was really beautifully maintained with fantastic facilities. Emilio was a commensurate host and great communicator. The whole team at Casa Acueducto was brilliant.

Our room had window facing only the ventilation shaft/skylight, so it was not convenient to air the room. Also the room was quite dark.

Great service and value.
Pros:

This little gem is in a wonderful historical and cultural walking neighborhood, Xochilmilco. The room was small but perfect for our family of three. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the rooftop. We were on our way to a café recommended for breakfast when staff member, Roberto, met us in the street with fresh pastries he had purchased for our family. Super nice! After breakfast, we ran into him again and he offered to give us a walking tour of the neighborhood. We expected him to show us a couple of nearby murals, but instead he walked around with us for 45 minutes.

Perfect for budget travelers: very clean and very nice staff.

It is a very nice neighborhood: pleasant and quite but pay attention it is not in the center. It is 5-7 minutes of walking to the beginning of the center.

Pros:

The owners of the property are super nice and helpful. Place is super clean and well organized. Hotel is well located 15 min walk to center and 5 min from best brunch place in town (Chepiche cafe)

Nice property but disappointing room
Pros:

Best thing about the property is the location and roof terrace, it’s only a 20 minute pleasant walk into the city centre past plenty of interesting street art and the roof terrace is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Cons:

The rooms are a lot more tired than the pictures look, though this may have been because we booked a deluxe double room but instead got given a triple room. The room also only had an internal window that overlooked reception so we couldn’t open our curtains and didn’t have any external light. Personally I feel this should be clearly advertised when booking a room as I wouldn’t book a room where this was the case. We were also right by reception which was very noisy, we were woken up early by people talking or the front door. This meant we didn’t particularly enjoy our stay, but another room on a higher floor would have been more pleasant.

The shower had either super hot or super cold water. We asked for a quiet room and got a room facing the street. The street in front is a cobbled street with a lot of traffic that kept us awake for most of the night. It was particularly bad in the morning. The bed was not comfortable
