In short, i really enjoyed my stay and satisfied. Kudos to the owner for a well maintained area.
Pros:

Closed to shopping centers and very accesible to almost everything. The Owner see to it that all are there.

Cons:

House rules should be a little bit high enough that you can read it while standing and pls write below on it the wifi and password. Recommend a double lock from inside for added safety.

The place is very accessible and easy to find. The security guards at the building are so kind and helpful.

Cons:

The instruction was not communicated well at the start of what is the room number and where to get the key upon check in and where to leave it upon check out as well. When we inquire thru text message or PMed, there was a slight delay in the reply. When call was done, nobody is answering the contact number also. Instructions were not clearly communicated.
No wi-fi is available inside the room.

I like the location.

Cons:

I don’t like that they don’t have other lock other than the main door knob. while sleeping at night, I got paranoid, what if someone will open the door using the spare key. Makakapasok talaga kasing walang ibang pang lock. and yung kinakatakotan kong mangyari, nangyari nga at around 11:20am. pa out na sana kami just waiting for our grab and the owner opened the unit. i was anxious about it the whole stay.

the cr smells bad too.🙁

Pros:

Nice Room. Quiet. Great location! Nice comforter! Filtered water provided!

Cons:

Nice condo and friendly host.
Pros:

Very clean unit with a nice view of the city and Limketki Mall and only a 5 minute walk to the mall. The host was also friendly and responsive.

Cons:

Being a condo, it can be a long wait for the elevator. Also, I was told to pay P350 per day for parking which was unexpected. Lastly, it's a studio unit, so it’s very small.
