Amazing, attentive, great
Pros:

Everything, the staff was amazing, the room was clean, i came to celebrate my 24th birthday and they made me feel so special. I haven’t found a hotel that i prefer to be my stay action hotel when i want a little break and i now found it. Will definitely be coming back very soon!

Luxurious comfort, but little odd moments and charges that dampened the luxurious feeling

I would say that most of the people working there were so lovely. Jim Carey and the tall thin girl at the front desk, along with the house car driver were amazing and made us feel so pampered.the pool attendant was wonderful. The room was very nice. The 12 days of Christmas display was fabulous.

Cons:

The ones who weren’t were really not great. $60 a day for valet is literally insane. The hotel hot tub was freezing one day so we asked the spa if we could use their jacuzzi and the blonde spa person was exceedingly rude about it… we felt like criminals. It put a real damper on our trip. The restaurant in the hall was utterly horrid. The brunch charged for coffees, iced tea, refills and vanilla syrup at their brunch, which is ridiculous at brunch.
