Pros:

Outside area was OK

Cons:

Staff attitude when we asked for coffee before 21:00 and were told the coffee machine was being cleaned and that it's Greene King policy not to serve coffee/food after 21:00
No where did it state that 21:00 was the cut off time and we ordered prior to 21:00

Fantastic accommodation, great location, first class staff.
Pros:

Fantastic quality accommodation. Beautifully presented in great location. Food was good quality and there were plenty of options from the bar. The staff were welcoming and couldn't do enough.

Not sure if there wasn’t a manager on duty.

Nice, clean room

Cons:

Worst Breakfast, i think we’ve had. The help your self breakfast was shocking.
No cups, found some glasses in a cupboard, only to have a glass and a half of Orange. Bad.
The evening meal was below average. Shame, could be great.
